  1. Happy thursday dr dray💗 thanks for making us aware about these things❣️lots of love💞 just a quick question… Can rubbing ice on face in summer reduce inflammation, does it have any skin care benefit?

  2. This is where you shine the brightest. I love learning. This is way better than product videos.

    1. @Dr Dray  thanks for stopping in this moment of life and being aware of my comment enough to respond back. I know you get a lot of comments. Have a wonderful day.

  3. I’m as pink today as I was when I was born. If I spend time in the Sun, I turn brown like a cookie. Just blessed by my Creator.

    1. There are podiatry channels that talk about this like Michigan Foot Doctors but hopefully Dr Dray will do one that’s not so unpleasant to look at.

  4. What an interesting video man backed with information and imagine it’s just the tip of the iceberg😊. So good and explained in a simple way for us in order to understand. 😊❤

  5. Happy Thursday, Dr. Dray and Everyone! 💙 🎊 I love learning something new every time I watch. Thanks for all the work you do to present fun and educational content…it keeps me coming back every day. Also, loving this bright white top. Sensational! 🥰☮️🌸💜

  6. I always feel like I’m sitting in a class❤ I’ve so much respect for you as my teacher, learnt alot from you💕💕

  7. Very cool and informative video! 😊 I remember when my sister and I were young teenagers. She got obsessed with drinking carrot juice. She’d drink multiple glasses per day but she had to cut that down as her skin genuinely turned orangey/yellow colour 😂

  8. I had to restart this video 3 times because I was so distracted at how GLOWY & GORGEOUS you look, Dr. Dray. 🙂Good Heavens you are an inspiration!!! I learned about Poikiloderma of Civatte from an earlier video of yours, and do my best to keep mine (on driver’s side of neck) under control. Once it flares up, it’s the devil to calm down again – usually takes a few weeks – and burns, stings and itches to the point where it’s hard to fall asleep. I wear sunscreen every day, avoid peak UV exposure & keep sunscreen in my purse so I’m never caught out without it. I also keep a lightweight scarf in my car to wrap around my neck when driving, ALWAYS wear a clean neck gaiter when I am gardening, and at the first sign of itchiness, I apply that soothing LaRoche-Posay Cicaplast Baum before bed. My complexion has improved 1000% thanks to you. It’s fantastic to have a smooth, calm & even skin barrier. Thank you for another fantastic video!

  9. I always wonder about how I’m kinda two toned I hope you do a video on this my chest and face are lighter than by butt cheeks 😂

    1. There’s not necessarily something wrong with having different colors on the body (especially those of us who are darker skinned). She has a video, body hyperpigmentation skincare won’t fix. Dr Alexis Stephens (who specializes in fitzpatrick 4-6 skin types) has a video, how to treat body hyperpigmentation, and discusses this also. There are other videos talking about this (Danielle of the style and beauty doctor channel has one).

  10. Im of Sicilian and Italian descent. My skin was so dark as a baby/child/teen but grew progressively lighter in adulthood- I wish it would go darker again, lol! Imperfections are much less noticeable! 😊

  11. Hi beautiful dr dray. Are there any latest studies regarding on glutathione? Specifically on skin whitening? Because all the videos that I’ve seen with all the people discussing about it are old. Are they even consistent with the study? Thank you so much.

  12. My face and neck seemed to be getting darker than the rest of my body. But this was during winter, and even in summer my face normally doesn’t color as much! Now I’m suspecting my daylight therapy lamp I used during winter. It said to have no UV rays, but maybe the UV filter was broken🤔

  13. Thank you for this video, Dr, Dray. Could you please reccomend a skin care routine for a vitiligo skin? What ingredients should be avoided, what product could the skin benefit form. That would be so helpful!

  14. Hey Dr. Dray yours videos are so helpful and knowledgeable ,keep up the great work!. Can you please make a updated video on treating back and chest acne and also treating those brown scars they leave behind.
