I thought once it loses pigment it doesn’t go back? Is it possible to also be single follicle heterochromia? Mine has been noticeable since about third grade :/
My paternal grandpa’s hair turned salt and pepper, not fully gray ever at 90. Before that, he was always a brunette and not one wrinkle. He died at 103, without a wrinkle and salt and pepper hair. He passed peacefully at home in his sleep.
That gives me hope. In my 30s, I have the skin of someone in their early-20s. But I have a few gray hairs here and there 😭

But why the gray hairs texture becomes unusual to normal hair ?
When i began increasing magnesium intake my grey hairs were going away. I didnt notice over time how little by little i was having less magnesium
