    1. Get a Korean or Japanese chemical sunscreen with PA++++ for protection against UVB. Its way more effective to prevent tanning, though still not perfect.

    2. Don’t just rely on sunscreen. Cover up with hats and long sleeves/pants. Don’t spend time outside during the peak hours. Sunscreen is sunscreen. It can only do so much.

  1. Ok question about this, if u put sunscreen which can typically still allow to to tan then draw with a heavy thick sunblock, would u be chillin? No cancer and new temporary mark

    1. You could, but a tanning sticker would be more effective. It’s a solid object with defined edges, so it would come out better. This idea just seems like it would result in a smeary mess

    2. @@camcat26 the only thing about a tanning sticker is it’ll come off if u get wet right? Like sweaty? But the sunblock typically wont

  2. Whoa… no on that lipstick, dear Dr. Idk, this whole makeup look on your is jarring… Not a good look for such an already pretty lady! My own opinion of course and just sharing it as if you were my sister, with love❤

    1. Whoa…no you obviously have terrible taste. Your rude comment is jarring on an already beautiful page. 🥴

Red lipstick is a classic and powerful look. Just say you like meek women and be gone.

  3. Bro this doctor is so hot. And she keeps getting hotter and hotter talking about sun screen, but how is it possible that there is no ring on her finger?

    Am I missing something?

    1. Not all women want to marry, maybe she just doesn’t have an interest in marrying. Also, even when women do want to get married, there’s plenty of intelligent, beautiful, funny, accomplished women that are single. I think it says more about the poor quality of options available to women than about them per se.

    2. @@Evangelin99Yes, you have a point. But its like I have been looking at this channel for years and always wondered.

Its the same for men, you never know who the other person is and what she actually wants from you.

But its much easier and less costly for women to get married, men can lose everything and get enslaved or ruined by a woman. Woman can just split up at no cost to them, their future or their career if the men starts to abuse them in any way.

Anyway was just stating that she is way too nice and smart not to have kids or be with someone good and wanted to motivate her a bit more. Hope she does or will in the future, from what I seen here she would potentially be grate at it. And she would spread and promote sanity amongst the young population by being a grate role model here on YT where now the trends are more and more toxic and negative kids. YT is grate compared to what is out there on other social media actually…

    3. @@Nikola__K *great 😬

she doesn’t need to be married or have kids to be a good role model. She already is one. She’s educated, informed, emotionally regulated, and promotes health.

  4. Dr. Dray: “Obviously not a good idea…” “Still waiting on an update from that one chick…”
    😂

  5. When I was a kid in the 70’s in So Cal we would make stickers out if masking tape like stars and moons and lay out! We were so dumb! Lol

  6. I would use bandaids to do tanning contour. You might look like a fools doing it but I think that would work better. Maybe a mask? Cut out the pieces you want tan, that seems better. I left my rubber band on my wrist while going to the pool and now I can tell people that I have a tan and they will believe me.

  7. I misheard ultraviolet for ultraviolent.
With regards to your skin, it’s not that far off tbh.

  8. It actually came out very pretty. I’ve seen the video. But at what cost 🤦🏽‍♀️😭

  9. Remember the film “Police Academy in Florida” when on the beach and they painted DORK with sun lotion on the back of the Police chief. 😅

  10. Former sun baker and tanning bed, stopped once and started again years again later, and have stopped permanently not worth it at all.

  11. I get so confused and frustrated when ppl tell me I need vitamin d and shouldn’t wear so much sunscreen. (Reapplication when outside, especially rafting). Like in what world is your sunscreen blocking out 100% of the rays and can I get some of that.
