  2. Red light therapy has really helped improve my texture from aging. If I make sure the red light mask touches my skin it improves it a lot!

    1. Yes, it does! If I had to guess, I’d say her Color Season is “Warm Autumn” or maybe “True Autumn”. Not that I’m a color analysis expert, but you can usually tell by a person’s natural coloring and what colors, when worn, bring that out instead of washing them out 😊 _Gorgeous!_

  3. Dr Dray, I have been using Adapalene for a week and Niacinamide for a week in alternation. I do this as Adapalene seems to irritate my face if I use it for more than a week. Niacinamide doesn’t irritate. I also use a Neutrgena moisturizer along with this routine. I’ve done this consistently now for about 6 months my skin is much improved! Do you think this is an acceptable routine.
    Thank You!!

  4. I’m older & I’m trying to decide on the best moisturizer for my aged, dry & sensitive skin. Something that has everything I need in it so that’s all I have to use other than sunscreen. Great video! Thanks!❤️

  5. Tell me about it i skipped moisturizing and got a massive flare😅. Moisturizer is essential for keeping the skin hydrated and keeping the skin’s microbiome in good condition. Thanks Doctor Andrea for guiding us 😊❤ take care.

  6. Thank you for being so real with skin care. In a world where there is so much coming at us daily, it helps for you to get real about products.

  7. Hey Andrea. You have helped me out so much in keeping my skincare routine simple. I suffer with rosacea and have for years. I’m 41 years old and only 6 months ago I finally figured out how to keep my rosacea under control and how to figure out the right treatments for my skin condition. My doctor finally had me referred to a dermatologist so hopefully I will hear back soon. I’m currently using fineaca azelaic acid along with mirvaso. Night time I’m using rozex along with soolantra all prescribed by my doctor for now until I see the dermatologist. You have been a great help and Thankyou for taking your time and dedication in helping us viewer’s get the help we need and sticking to a good skincare routine and giving us good information on what skincare’s to use and avoid. And always I sunscreen and subscribed. Sending thanks and blessings to you from Northern Ireland UK 🇬🇧♥️

  8. So glad you mentioned stress, sleep and diet the changes to getting more sleep ESPECIALLY changed my skin with my everyday skincare routine :) now my skin looks much healthier

  9. One of your best videos yet. Thank you for calming us all down n the skin care insanity out there.🥵

  10. I used to think I had no wrinkles to bother about. So aside from AHA 8% I really have been sticking to cleaning and moisturizing. Most important to me is diet and exercize FIRST. No processed food and no sugar or fast carbs… help with no skin issues, absolutely.
Now in my 70s I have purchased my first month of OTC retinol to help with sun spots. A month into it the intensity of the color is lighter and the boundaries of the larger spot are regressing. Not expecting to see them gone for a year or 2…with big questions about sunscreen actually eliminating sun exposure in the mountains in summer. I guess hike as early as possible and wear actual face covering, not just a large hat…and face covering eliminates the issue of a white layer from zinc oxyde, you can have both!
Spending the most time possible in nature is a first priority along with strictly fresh food.
