Isn’t there a difference between just a flaky scalp that’s caused from dryness and actual dandruff? I thought dandruff was a yeast or something?
Ugh I can’t help but to pick 😭. I often wonder if I should see a dermatologist about this again but the last one just told me anti dandruff shampoos basically and ugh my hair hates them. 😭😭

I have exact problem like her. and I assume it’s because of winter. even dandruff shampoo cannot help😅 I wash my hair every other day. wash then skip a day.

Psoriasis is the absolute worst. I’m dealing with this now, while on biologics, and have quickly developed psoriatic arthritis to boot. It is absolute hell.
