Would you recommend any products that address uneven redness in the skin beyond Cetaphil moisturizer? Personally that wasn’t strong enough for me and I get a lot of uneven persistent redness around my nose and mouth

I had KP on my face as a child in the 1970’s. Doctors diagnosed it as an allergy. The science has come a long way since then.
So glad there is something for this. I was bullied mercilessly in gym class because I had this all over my thighs. This was in the 70s. My mom never took to a doctor for it.
My doctor called it eczema in the early 2000’s and suggested a cortisol cream.
@Shar Roon did cortisol do anything???
@Claudia C I didn’t try it, I guess I was skeptical, I find using a gentle cleanser and moisturiser helps the most.
Thanks for the tips. I have a tendency to have redness in my face. Yesterday I did have my annual Laser treatment on the broken capillaries. But good to have additional information since this is a personal struggle for me as an Irish Women. Thank you!
thanks for watching
Rosacea! The curse of the celts!
As someone with face KP since I was 13, I’m now 25 and only last year did I discover lactic acid. Science is my life saver.
The ordinary lactic acid 10% and the aha peeling solution have saved me. Also cerave smoothing cleanser
Glad to hear this has helped
I purchased the Aveeno PHA Exfoliator about a month ago and I must say that as someone with rosacea, eczema, an allergy to fragrance and balsam of peru, dry and extremely sensitive skin that normally cannot tolerate leave-on exfoliator- this product is amazing! I had been searching for a wash-off product that was affordable and free of my allergies for awhile and it’s great when used once or twice a week. ☺️
So glad to hear! I am happy that they came out with this one
Hi Dr Dray…I keep getting milia around my Moh’s surgery scar…is there something I can use ?? Or do I need the dermatologist to remove them?? Ty..love your content, it’s so very helpful ❤❤
I love when you tell us the best skin products to use for our skin! I am older & have dry sensitive skin so I’m really interested in knowing what to use & how much to use at once! Thanks for all your knowledge!🥰
You are so welcome!
YES! So excited for this video! You are the only derm I’ve ever heard address KP on the face and once you talked about it being possible, I was finally able to get mine under control. Thank you so much.
Yay! Thank you!
Hi. Could you recommend a routine or products for those of us that suffer from extreme and stubborn kp on the body?

@Dr Dray Thanks
Morning Dr Dray🌸💐I have rosacea and your vids are so helpful. Thanks for all you do❤️I went and bought aveeno Calm+restore face wash today😊love it! The cerave facial lotion, made my face burn & turn RED, so thats big No for me🙄
Thanks for watching
Dr. Dray, Would it be possible for you to a review on Musely Spot Cream (with hydroquinone) ?
This is for those of us who have a tougher time removing dark spots with OTC niacimacides. 🙇🏻♀️
Hi Dr. Dray, informative video as always! Hopefully you’ll have a video soon regarding baby soaps for adults with sensitive skin if it makes sense. 😅 In my country, we use them (sensitive skin people) as an alternative for adult soaps that are quite pricy.
I admit I did not eve know this could be a facial issue! As always- an education. 💜💜💜
Thanks for watching
That eyeshadow looks lovely on you!
And very informative video, thank you xx
Thanks for watching
I used the Zeroid urea cream once on my face and it burned. 🤣. Now Aveeno came out with a lotion called Tone and Texture. It’s brand new. I found it at Walmart. It has PHA in it. I don’t see why someone couldn’t use it on their face even though it’s marketed for the body. I didn’t know that Aveeno PHA exfoliator wasn’t a face wash. I just might give that one a go. The only thing is the tube is filled halfway. Kind of like a rip off to me. The Inkey List does the same thing with their Oat cleansing balm and their fulvic acid face cleanser. Idk why certain companies do that. A half filled tube is not cool.
Thank you for this! My poor 13 year old daughter suffers with this on her arms and face. Now, with puberty, acne is presenting as well. We have tried almost all the items listed (her skin is quite sensitive) and she’s currently using a mild cleanser, adapalene, and a LRP moisturizer (sunscreen in the day, of course). We had to scale back and try the less-is-more approach as her face was blowing up.
I really love how relatable your videos are product wise. It is great to know I really can buy everything I need at chain stores like Target and CVS, without breaking the bank.
Glad you like them!
This is perfect for me and my red cheeks. 😊I’ve had two KP bumps for a long time. One between the corner of my eye and the side of my nose and the other mid way to my other eyebrow. They do become more predominant in dry weather. Very recently, the brow one became very raised and hard. It came off today and left a soft pink spot, barely raised. The only thing I did very recently with my eyelids is apply Vaseline. I now have a larger sized white bump on my neck. Any thoughts? This is normal? Can I apply anything to the corner one?
I have this on the backs of my knees a a small patch on my forearm. Thanks so much for these helpful tips! Never realized you could have this on the face. Happy Wednesday, Dr Dray! Hope you have a beautiful night. 💙
Are you sure it’s kp? It’s not the typical placement such as upper arms, thighs and cheeks.
Finally a video on this! I was told I had this a couple months ago and couldn’t find much about it. Thank you! Also, can tretinoin be used as well? I was prescribed this to treat KP on my face
