Crafts are so fun when i was younger i use to stitch the torn cloths of my grandma and it was so much fun and also that got handy in the army. Former Michaels manager here. That product got bumped a long time ago. They said it was low sales but it was really catering to bigger vendors that wanted to spread out. Also, Michaels pushes to warehouse all their products for faster replenishment so if a vendor won’t warehouse items then Michaels gets rid of them.
I went into Michael’s looking for raffia yarn. Bupkis. In the meantime, raffia crochet is all over my Pinterest.

I love going shopping with Dr Dray. She’s our smart funny friend who drops facts and funny all through the aisles.
When my mom was 86 had perfect teeth still, no cavaties, no problems, all her teeth. I could not find a single dentist in my area, western Colorado, that would give her just a cleaning because of her age. They said she must have other dental health issues that they did not want to deal with, even though she didnt’t!!! I was caring for her for a year as she recovered from bladder surgery. Once she moved back to Indiana she was able to see her long time dentist. Frustrating.
The last time I saw plastic canvas, it was at Joann Fabrics. I like it for homemade reusable shopping and gift bags, to stiffen and support the base. I definitely recall cross-stitching on it when I was a little kid!

Eucerin hydrating cleansing gel is now my favorite cleanser. I have rosacea with oily skin and I use tretinoin, so sometimes I get a bit of peeling and this is the first cleanser I use that goes well with all of my skin traits. It’s a mild gel that doesn’t leave you oily or dry 😁

Love Dr. Dray! I can’t use any products on my face except what my specialist tells me to bc I got severely burned from a CO2 laser treatment incorrectly done by a dermatologist a year and a half ago. Still love watching though and hope everyone is doing well out there!
Hi Dr Dray & everyone! My partner has the softest skin! He uses the non-scented Cetaphil moisturising cream (in the tub) to shave with. I tried it, and it also leaves my skin very soft. The only thing is because it is so thick, it clogs the razor. So now (thanks to the recomendation from Dr Dray) I will purchase and test the “Easy Rinse” Bic razors. I don’t think that they are available on the shelves in Australian stores yet, so will order them online.
They will still be more economical than the (admittedly cool) anime-themed Schick razors he purchases!
