Is it okay for eyelashes? It seems unsafe because it’s around eyes?
It seems like it would be too irritating. Also, there’s temporary shedding when initially using minoxidil, which would be very noticeable I would think.

@@Lizzylovesselfcare I used it on my brows and it did increase growth with no shedding prior. Too risky to apply to lashes, imo.
Definitely don’t do that if it gets in the eyes I think it can cause blindness? Unless you rinse it thoroughly right away but I wouldn’t risk it
I literally accidentally shaved off one of my eyebrows yesterday (was trying this new electronic device that was supposed to just trim it, but it took the whole thing off 😭). I had to get creative with the makeup to cover it up. But yes I will try Rogaine. Bring it.

@@jtheposs Oh trust me I was at first. And I will again if it doesn’t grow back within a few weeks like Google tells me it’s supposed to. I already happened to have a grey hair coverage powder on hand which worked to use as an eyebrow filler. From a few feet away you can’t tell, so I’ve been keeping my distance from people 😅
Is flaking caused by the alcohol in minoxidil ? Does anyone know a good product to use with minoxidil to get rid of it ?
My eyebrows got super sparse (not from plucking) and it turned out to be an iodine deficiency. I started taking daily iodine drops and they grew back! It’s worth having your levels checked.

won’t the regrowth reverse if you *stop* using minoxidil though? you basically have to keep using it continuously if you want to keep the new growth?
Yes, I heard that if you stop using it, then whatever new growth you had, will fall out. So yeah, you’d have to keep using it which will get expensive.
And also be sure to not get it in the eyes
