And filters and studio lights. A good camera and studio lights alone change everything. I never filtered my live videos, but they made my skin look FLAWLESS.
People used to ask me my secret and I said “I wish I had the skin of that woman who shows up on screen! You can look like me if you always show up virtually and use a great camera and lights.”
Living in NY and LA, I learned that one of the biggest passive-aggressive compliments you could give a model or actor was “Wow, those headshots are really well lit!” which essentially meant they weren’t as atractive in person as they were in the photos that were professionally lit and shot.
You really are the best and extraordinarily brilliant in so many lights! Pun intended. Thank you for putting a smile on my face because today has not been the greatest day
To see what someone is really looks like, meet them outside in the natural sunlight. i have met many like this who look much older than in those social media shots

Exactly!
That’s probably why the shades of products look so “off” many times. Many products don’t look at all how they look portrayed by creators.

As an LA kid, this really made me chortle for some reason.

Video captions are hidden behind the other stuff on the screen. Can’t read it.
