I love Vaseline for hand and feet care. Last winter I used it as hand protection instead of putting gloves on when taking my dog out for a walk. Worked surprisingly wonderful. And I live in Canada where winters can be really 🥶
Thank you for explaining the basic needs to rehab my nails. Simple GA and Vaseline. Bam. 💥 I have dermatillomania and have destroyed my nails and cuticles for decades. Press-on, glue-on, and straight up acrylics have been the only defense against my compulsions. It’s the tiny hint of a spec of cuticle skin, or the slightest unevenness of the nail shape and I am in the depths of compulsive picking. I will definitely try the slugging and hope for a new life. Painting my nails is the number one soothing activity for me so having nearly nothing to paint just continues the cycle of hell.
Try using jojoba oil after every hand wash and use a tiny bit of Kerasal Intensive Foot Ointment every night.
