Extremely expensive
Exactly. Commented before I did
Why is all her products expensive?. She needs to offer less costly products.
Sente is sold in derm offices. The least expensive versions of this comes from APC or Urban Skin RX.
I can show you how to use them sparingly. With vlogs to save you money. 💰 ❤ Subscribe is you’d like
@@Jackteal1 She does? Here basic products are the cheapest quality products you can get at the drugstore. Nothing is under $10 anymore. Hell, she actually has dollar tree videos; that is under $10!
Senate is $149. Free shipping 😅
Ahhh, first of heard of it.
APC and Urban Skin Rx have versions for around $50.
Is there anything else you would recommend in place of Senté? It’s so expensive
Australian skincare (& sunscreen) brand Propaira has a Niaben mask with cysteamine for AU$69.95 (aprox $US46). I have not used this product, but I do like their sunscreens. I hope that they (or another supplier) will be able to ship it to you at a reasonable cost.

chemical peel 😆
Honestly, see your prescribing HCP. They may recommend script hydroquinone but in cycles (so many months on, so many months off etc.) Cysteamine is fairly expensive across all brands and not much in terms of results (depending on your own experience.) I talked with my HCP, and that’s what was said when I asked. 😕
There is also a product made in the USA Dr Foot Fix APC cysteamine cream (5%).

Urban skin Rx has a cysteamine 5% cream for about $50. I’ve been using it for 4 months. Works great.
Hi Dr Dray, Do you think that there is any benefit to using cysteamine in addition to hydroquinone? A close friend has begun to develop agranthos nigricans and their doctor gave them a script for cortisone cream (which as we know shouldn’t be used long term).
I told my friend to speak with a pharmacist about ditching the cortisone cream and using hydroquinone (OTC here). He dispensed it along with responsible advice about using it wisely (inc. taking occasional breaks from it), in addition to a “sunsmart” lifestyle.
I also gave my friend some lactic acid, Bioré sunscreen, LRP cicaplast B5+ baum and my (used once) tube of adapelene. I found out that I am one of the few people whose whole face gets red and swollen using Differin…but I’m fine with Retin-A 🤷.
Thanks Dr Dray.

Yes, acanthosis nigricans can improve or go away completely, but only by successfully treating its underlying cause, such as insulin resistance from obesity, certain medications, or, in rare cases, a cancerous tumor. Lifestyle changes, like weight loss and a healthy diet, can help with obesity-related cases, while stopping specific medications or removing a tumor can also resolve the condition. Treating the underlying cause may take time, but it’s the most effective way to clear the affected skin.
Australian skincare (& sunscreen) brand Propaira has a Niaben mask with cysteamine for AU$69.95 (aprox $US46). I have not used this particular product, but I do like their sunscreens.

Great practical and concise information! 👍 THANKS for your video!👍Much appreciated ❤❤❤
I just live with sunspots from years of NCAA 🏊♀️ and lifeguarding…centuries ago…..ty for great advice..always…😊❤😊
Stay CHILL, very 🔥 🥵..
What mascara you got on DR…??long lashes there girl😊….
Urban skin RX has a 5% cysteamine cream for about $50 guys. Works super well. 😊
APC is another around that same price.
@@db-gb5xiHi db, Yes I saw this too when doing my research. I mentioned in another comment that Australian skincare (& sunscreen brand) do a cysteamine mask, also for around US$50. I like their sunscreens, but haven’t tried this mask. I don’t think that I really need to use cysteamine though in addition to my beloved Retin-A and hydroquinone etc.
It seems that there are two different types of cysteamine. I was thinking that @moskinlab may be able to elaborate on for anyone curious.
👱❤️
That’s still out of reach for plenty of people these days. Here’s hoping a cheaper knock-off comes out at some point
Urban Skin Rx and APC have versions for around $50.
Does the cysteamine need to be used daily? Or only x days/week?

I learned so much from you. Oh my goodness, thank you. I am going to try Cystemine and adapalene (for the second time). Pricey, but it’s eligible for after pay. Teehee.
Where?
Does cystemine cause rebound like hydroquinone if stopped?
I never heard of cysteamine.
How does it compare to hydroquinone?
What can I use for age spots in the arms?
Never heard of that ingredient.
I’ve tried everything for my hyperpigmentation, and nothing has worked. I hadn’t heard about this one. Hopefully this is what I’ve been waiting for 🙏🏻
Question.. how to fade age spots on arms. Legs ??
