I have an issue with products claiming to “brighten” skin. Last time I checked skin wasn’t connected to a dimmer switch. What they’re actually saying is “lightening” or “whitening”. Well, I’m happy with my skin colour. I like my skin clear & healthy so let’s focus on skincare based in reality & stop using products from brands using nonsensical euphemisms & making promises based on make-believe & magic.
Brightening agents don’t lighten your skin or change your base skin tone, but it’s also not nonsense or make believe? It refers to products that reduce dullness and increase the consistency of the skin tone. There are plenty of science backed ingredients that do these things

Brightening is not the same as lightening. I have a video explaining the differences.

Something is irritating her skin for sure. Instead of figuring out witch product it is, she’s blaming korean skincare as a whole. That’s crazy 😂

Ok but I’m obsessed with that lavender/pink eyeshadow you are wearing. You have to wear that everyday! It is making your brown eyes POP! Obsessed. 😍
