I use umbrella as well but is it enough? Some hats are supposed to br SPF 50

I Have one made of cotton, so glad I bought it cos I was trying to pack for a holiday and was worried about my giant straw hat and realised how totally inconvenient it is

My problem is finding a hat that actually fits my big head. The only time a hat ever fitted was when I was going through chemo. I’ve bought some of the largest men’s hat and they are still very snug.
I wear a huge hat like this everyday and fingerless gloves. I sometimes wear a thin scarf to protect my neck but i definitely need a UV one

Also minimize sun exposure and try to stay in the shade if your gonna be outside.

I had the same hat! Until my partner chucked in the dryer with the whites. 🤦 Came out an excellent toddler hat. 😅

I don’t go outside often. I do ride my 4 wheeler up the road to check my mail though. I do put sunscreen on.
