    1. It actually does have some studies that it concluding it has an an anti androgenic effect. Lots of people drink it for acne. I drink it for my acne and noticed my mustache comes in lighter and slower now. Needs more studies tho but def worth a try! 2 cups daily

    2. @@noname-of2ylThere are studies, you say? Could you please provide links or further details?

    3. @@noname-of2yl No, I don’t think so. You expect people to believe you; you can cough up some evidence.

    4. @@LanguidAndBittersweet Firstly chill out, secondly try posting ANY link into a comment n refresh the page, you’ll understand why they said google it afterwards.

Haven’t been able to post resources for a long time now

  2. Just cut the sugar. PCOS that’s insulin based is just living with pre-diabetes. You’ll want to research and ask your dietician, naturopath, womens GP/Gyno about Iodine, zinc, Vit D, B12 as well. PCOS is so frustrating. I hate it.

  3. I’m assuming spearmint has different compounds to peppermint then, because I’ve been using peppermint on my scalp to boost hair growth for years. Now I’m confused lol.

  4. I used to tolerate essential oils directly on my facial skin with no irritation or discomfort. Only after implementing harsh skincare actives like retinol, which increased my skin’s sensitivity, did i start to have a problem. Now even if I only use a little bit diluted in something else it is extremely irritating. Sad i can’t use these anymore because they used to be great for quickly healing my blemishes.

    Edit:
I routinely used lavender+ frankincense for healing and melaleuca (tea tree) for acne. I have always used doTERRA oils, which is a superior brand
