-The freshest coffee beans are shiny with their oil. The dull beans aren’t as flavorful. (Older, not as fresh, I think.) Glad you liked it, tho!

No snow in Wisconsin either, just rain. 🌧 Kids toothpaste has really helped me avoid the irritation around my mouth. Oral-B has a berry flavor that also doesn’t have the SLS so no foaming either which is my nemesis. Shiny coffee beans are usually a darker roast, the shine indicating the oils coming to the surface of the beans. Matte finish can be a light-medium roast or if it’s a dark/French roast, could be a sign of age, meaning going stale. ☕

Love the Beauty of Joseon eye cream. I use it as an eye cream but also on my neck and chest since tretinoin is too irritating for me to use in those areas. Works great.
Oil on coffee beans is related to the roasting degree. Longer roasting brings oil in the beans to the surface and makes the beans darker. Medium and light roasts have a matte finish as the oils are still deep in the bean structure
