    1. Hi Uncle Charlie! Happy Sunday!! Hope you had a nice weekend Peace, joy and many blessings, my friend. 🙏🕊☕

  2. Dr Dray your new home looks nice! Hope you will give us a little tour soon and may you be very happy and blessed there…thanks for continuing educating us about skin care etc.♡

    1. @@goldl3147 I would think so! And yes it looks like a home (I can tell even from how so much echoes haha). I was actually suprised she was still renting, the house purchase is wise and I hope she’ll be very happy there.

    2. @@lorencappelson6475 Because unless you’re rich, no one can afford to buy a house anymore.

    1. My sister and her daughters were huge fans of Richard Simmons. They loved to exercise together at home. My sister is gone now but I got texted today from her daughters who are saddened by his passing. One niece said she still works out to “Sweating to the Oldies” and her young son likes to do it with her. So Richard may be gone but his videos live on and he’s still making home exercise fun.

    2. Oh, I did not know that. So sorry to hear. He helped a lot of people with his exercise routines. RIP Richard

  3. You are so resilient and handling stress like a champ! Love just chillin’ with you. Have a lovely day 🩷🩷💙💙

  4. This rant was much needed! I see and hear so many hair stylist that follow these crazy non scientific “wellness” guru’s AND try to push this philosophy on their clients.

    1. @@DebbieTDPDoctors mean, “Let’s get to the actual cause of one’s ailment”.
Wellness gurus mean, “I’m going to scare you into buying my expensive products that have not been proven “safe and effective” while bashing the FDA” 😂

    2. @@Jade_902 I’m not buying anything. What I said is that there are doctors agreeing to the statement that their colleagues don’t address the root cause, but prescribe medications for the symptoms.

  5. Truth being spoken here! Find and focus on the source of the problem not a overemphasis on symptom control!

  6. really had no idea that something i believed to be as simple as a bandaid was so beneficial in such a wide variety of ways. sometimes the most simple inventions conceal their complicated array of solutions in their designs

  7. Hi Dr. Dray!! From the reflection in the glass behind you, it looks like the backs of other houses in a neighborhood. Soooo, did you buy a house? If so, how exciting🎉😊….Congratulations!!

  8. Happy Sunday! I saw your previous video and when I heard about this hurricane last week, I thought of you. Nature is sometimes violent and people die tragically. My heart goes out to the families of the victims. It’s really sad! I’m so happy that you’re okay…because many people will surely have post-traumatic effects!

  9. I’m a Massage Therapist and get inundated with incorrect medical commentary from non-medically educated people! It is so aggravating. When a client asks if I’m going to “remove their toxins” I make the same face you do (you know, the one with your teeth out)… only while they’re prone though 😂
Happy Sunday, so glad you are safe and well!

    1. How about ‘Can you re-align my spine?’ Or ‘Can you push that disk back in its place?’ Mhm. Sure, that is how it works. 😅

  10. I love Dr Dray content when it`s planned, researched and succinct about one topic in-depth; I ALSO love Dr Dray content that is off the cuff, extemporaneous and meandering! It always manages to be factual, informative, and entertaining! You`ve made me re-think the entire metaphor band-aid trope! I hope this week is easier for you, Doc! (And to anyone else without utilities right now!)

  11. This is so true and bravo to you Dr Dray for talking about this.

I knew someone who was on blood thinners due to a clotting disorder, went to a functional doctor, who took him off it to “work on his gut” and he passed away from a pulmonary embolism alone on a business trip, left behind young children and a wife. ❤😢

  12. This video reminded me of an encounter in med school, where a fellow classmate was bragging about how she didn’t use creams on her hands because it is not “natural” or “necessary”. I just rolled my eyes, thinking about how all of us were scouring our hands up to our elbows in Povidone-iodine 20 times a day to perform or assist in sterile surgical procedures. There’s nothing “natural” about THAT! :D

  13. As a wellness professional, I cannot thank you enough for this message. There are so many influencers with a large following with absolutely no qualifications spreading so much misinformation. It’s really reckless. And you’re so right about some people needing medications. I have people I help that are truly doing all of the right things but may still have to rely on medications to keep them safe. I get so afraid for people following baseless recommendations that could really end up harming them. I only share content from reputable resources backed by research that people can go and read for themselves, but truthfully, I find it’s not popular. But I refuse to put out any other type of content. I’m so grateful for people like you who do have a large following steering people in the right direction with the right message. Thank you Dr Dray. 💗

  14. RN says: KEEP RANTING DR. Dray! I am soooooo tired of the erroneous and dangerous medical advice out there.

  15. I thank God everyday for my well educated doctors. They saved my life. I have inflammation, Psoriatic Arthritis, psoriasis, eczema, Vasculitis, Asthma and allergies. When I got Covid , my immune system went NUTS! They literally save my life.

  16. A few of my fellow yoga teachers scoffed at the fact I was taking prescribed antibiotics before a dental procedure. They said it was “silly” for me to do. You mean “silly” like getting a systemic infection that could have been prevented? Thank you for the rant! 👏

    1. It’s reasonable to avoid antibiotics given the longterm detrimental effects. Being a yoga teacher doesn’t make it worse. how did you get a systemic infection before the procedure?
