  1. I’ve been using this for a month or two now and I like it; I used the Eye Repair for a long time before that and liked that one too, but I think this one has a bit more oomph. I agree that separate eye creams are unnecessary, but I really like the tiny squeeze applicator (and price point).

  2. Dr. Dray – I just subscribed to your channel. Very recently, I have been diagnosed with rosacea with white pimples. I started using Avene Antirougers series. I also use Cerave for cleaning my face. I even started using sunscreen from Avene. Overall, not much has improved. I am planning to use the azelaic acid per your recommendation. If that does not help, I am at a loss and don’t know what else to do. I appreciate all your reviews, comments and suggestions of cosmetics. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  3. Hello Dr Dray thank you for all your post. They have truly help me to get my skincare routine that works. You look very beautiful and are glowing. 😊

  4. I’ve been using the Cerave skin renewing eye cream for a month now and I love it. I didn’t realize it had caffeine so i’ma take your suggestion and use it in the morning now. I’ve used the eye repair cream too and while it’s good, I don’t like it as much. The whole purple skin renewing line from Cerave is legit.
    My skin’s been lookin’ bomb.
Thanks for the review Dr. Dray! ā¤

  5. I think caffeine and some other eye cremes dry out the skin under my eyes. I’m 50 and don’t have eye bags and I’ve been really blessed to be aging well. I love hydration around the eyes. Thank you for your videos!!

  6. I stopped using a dedicated eye cream 5+ years ago as my moisturizer does a good job of it. I too am a fan of CeraVe so I find it interesting that they’ve come out with another eye product. I am a bit skeptical though as I did not like CeraVe’s eye repair cream at all. The texture was thick and heavy under my eyes. Glad to hear that’s it’s a lighter texture and hydrating, I may give it a try. šŸ‘ Yikes!! I just googled where to buy this new eye cream…Target price was $18.49 and Ulta’s was $24.99!

  7. I will def try this product. Love Cerave products. I cannot use my face moisturizer on my eyes – my eyes are super sensitive. I have used Clinique All About Eyes Rich because this is the only product that I found that would not irritate my eyes. Thanks for all of your videos.

  8. I’ve been using eye creams all my life, few years ago when I discovered Dr. Dray , I stopped and tried to use regular face creams, but unfortunately my eye area so sensitive, I get milia and around eye skin inflammation and irritation. I had to start using eye creams again, as a base CeraVe eye cream and Avene or Neutrogina anything fragrance free as a second layer. Not everyone can use face cream all over the face.

  9. I have been using this every day after I get out of the shower and then at the end of the day. I used to use EstĆ©e Lauder’s very expensive eye creams and this actually works better for my eye issues (mostly natural aging stuff and puffiness). It doesn’t completely get rid of the eye bags but it does seem to help them. I think surgery would be the only thing that would totally get rid of the bags but I’m probably not going to do that. Anyway, I do recommend Cereve’s eye cream and there is really no reason to buy anything else.

  10. Hi Dr Dray I love your videos. I just thought I’d mention bare republic mineral face sunscreen. It’s soooooo good! Great for by your eyes and makes wrinkles less visible. It’s almost like a face primer. Anyways give it a look at some point and spread the word.

  11. Honestly my skin has improved tons since I’ve been watching Dr. Dray. she’s right about eye creams, totally unnecessary but can add that little extra hydration. I personally use the Eucerin Q-10 anti wrinkle cream as an eye & neck cream and it’s served me well šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

  12. Definitely interested in this product for winter! Also looking at the cetaphil deep hydration one, looks like it has peptides too. I like the new water gel from that line a lot!

  13. Yes, love this video! Love learning about affordable products that actually work! I’ve used plenty of CeraVe’s basic Eye Repair cream, but stopped after you shared that it’s not really necessary to have a separate cream for the eyes. Since then I’ve just been using face moisturizer on my eyes, as well. I do think my eyelids need…..something extra, though. Lately my skin (especially hands) feel very dry.

  14. I love Cerave products so this is something I definitely would try. Thanks so much for the review. I’ll be on the lookout for this. Happy Wednesday, Dr Dray! I hope you have a relaxing evening. šŸ’ž

  15. I have used Cerave Eye Repair Cream, and I agree with everything you said about it; I would not rush to repurchase. I will, however, give the new peptide eye cream a go now.

  16. That eye repair cream gave me a serious reaction. My eyes were RED, itchy, and puffy for days. They eventually flaked and peeled. (I tried it again two months later on only one eye, and I got the same reaction, so it was definitely the eye cream.) I finished using the eye cream on my neck with no issues. But my eyes HATE that stuff.

    1. If it’s the one in the link that will likely to be the retinol ? Not sure what’s going on here. The link is not an eye cream it’s a retinol serum !

  17. So helpful. I’ve been searching for a reasonable and easily accessible eye cream for my father. I know he’s a bit insecure about his eyes and I think this could be something for him.

  18. I have eczema around one of my eyes and I found that the eye repair cream really works for that (+ Vaseline on top). A lot of other creams I use tend to burn or make it itch even more. It doesn’t really make a noticeable difference for my other eye though lols šŸ˜…

  19. The skin around my eyes is super sensitive and it gets really dry in the winter. If I don’t use an eye cream on top of moisturizer, I get cracked, dry skin. I use the Peach and Lily Eye Cream, and it totally solves the issue.

  20. I’m a cerave Stan too. It’s just perfect for my skin. I really don’t need any other products, just a cleanser, moisturizer, ointment as I have dry skin. Now I’m loving cerave cleansing balm too
