What works for me is ISDEN Urea 10. After showing, I apply glycolic acid. Then the Urea 10 Lotion. Appears pricey per unit but it works for 24 hours on my paper dry skin.
I remember someone mentioning you can’t use too much vitamin A (Tretonin/ Retinol) on your skin that’s why dermatologist only prescribe for face?? I use tretonin on my face haven’t used the Gold Bond yet..
I finally tried Differin on this upper arm spot, like you advised, and it seems to be working. It’s still dry and rough, but it’s no longer itchy! 🙏 Consistency is key, and I’m trying to get better at it. Thank you!
Simply applying lotion properly and leaving my skin damp after a shower instead of rubbing it with a dry towel… helped mine significantly. Adequately moisturizing, which you actually taught me is what helped me.
How do you know it’s keratosis pilaris vs dark hair follicles showing through skin? My skin is normally smooth after hair removal (and moisturised) and it still looks like ‘strawberry skin’ but just assumed that’s because I have dark hair

Goat milk soap ended it for me
Any particular brand?
@@AnythingBtOrdinary91I’ll bet it’s the lactic acid in the goat milk soap. Start reading labels.

I was asked which brand. It was beekman. I was consistent
👊😆 *Ok So Dry Shave like Mac from Predator?* Gotcha!
Finally someone gives a shout out to Goldbond. I love their products for the body.
Gold bond is so good. I use their fragrance free body moisturizers.

I recommend the Alpha Skincare for strawberry skin. Also great for kp and dark marks on the body.

It doesn’t really work like that. Topical application and oral use are very very different.

I find it helpful to use the Olay BHA AHA body wash, in addition to moisturizer.
It’s a lot cheaper than Alpha Skincare.
