Ugh, didnt like this. The tint was a tad too yellow on me (white lady, pale side). Didnt try it again.
Unfortunately, it gives a cast on purpose because it’s marketed as a “tone up” sunscreen. Tone up lines in Korea and Japan are typically made to provide a brightening effect on the skin. I’m Asian btw.

Yea having pale glass skin fits right into Asian beauty standards. I’ve been using Anessa which costs more and it’s the same.

They had this at my Asian grocery and I bought it even though it’s tone up because my skin is very light but it felt too greasy :/
I am very pale and this was way too shiny for my liking.

Any good recommendations for tone up styelevana spf ?
Just started using this one, 2 weeks now, and really like it. It protects my rocesea skin well with no issues on my sensitive eyes and blends in really well with no cast on my neutral light medium complexion. My only complaint is the pump it doesn’t dispense as evenly, so I have to use the 3 finger rule to ensure I get enough to cover. It’s pretty close to super goop unseen sunscreen. My # 1, though, is Beauty of Josean sunscreen.
The Hyalucica is amazing! Agree with the comments, the tone-up label is meant for the korean trend to get a lighter base on purpose
I always crack up for some reason when someone says this brand’s name in English lmao 😂 In Korean it’s basically called “Skin Angel” because the number 1004 is pronounced in exactly the same way as how Koreans say the word for “angel” (천사/cheonsa/chun-sa).
