  1. Excellent timing ! I’m post menopausal and having such reactive skin, wrinkles like you say almost overnight, rosacea and cystic like acne / papules. Thanks so much, Dr. Dray 💙💙💙

  2. It’s so helpful how you keep breaking down and sharing all the different perspectives and angles on skin — it really makes the mechanisms you share again so much easier to understand, even for someone without a background. Thanks so much!🌺

  3. Think I started following the channel in 2019 about 7 years and from what I’ve learned my skin is better than it was in 2015 tis crazy! Thank You!☕️🙏☀️

    1. X2 .. every time people compliment on my skin and ask what I’ve done, I always say… I watch Dr. Dray on YouTube. Hahah

  4. This video is describing the last 15 years of my life. 😂 Anyone else? Great info as always! Thank you. Have a great Monday everyone!

  5. Greetings Dr. Dray, catching up with your latest videos. Looking great!!! ❤ The other day I watch a video of a so called Doctor saying that he would NEVER wear sunscreen and Vaseline.. I tagged you because I thought that was a joke, but his comment section was SCARY. What I don’t understand is how come these so called doctors can say these things? Why are they so against it? … I’ve been following you for years, every advice you have given, I’ve followed, and my skin thanks to you has never been better than ever, but I have been lucky to find you first, I don’t think those people in his comment section are quite that lucky…

    1. Dr Dray has done reaction videos (check her playlist) on things like that. Lab Muffin is a great resource for rebuttal videos on those subjects.

  6. The DIM supplement really helped clear me up after age 40, plus cutting gluten and dairy, now my skin looks the best it’s ever looked (I’m in my late 40s)!

  7. I developed Rosacea in the last three years an now I am 46 years old. Presciption strenght Azelaic acid and adapalene helps me a lot. Sunscreen and gentle skincare products are helpful as well. Dr. Dray style! 😅 Give me all the mineral oils and parabens! My skin loves them! Fragrance and most plant oils: instant breakouts and flushes for me 🙄

  8. My skin was at its worst when I was in my thirties and forties. Things have finally calmed down. I attribute that to what I’ve learned from you and finding a skin care routine that works for me. Also, switching to all fragrance free products has helped too. Happy Monday, Dr Dray! I hope you have a peaceful evening. 💖
