    1. I am a reader and I have that line but it doesn’t look bad to me, its hard to avoid if you are reader, or writer.

    1. Yeah I think it’s genetic. I’ve noticed some people have smooth-looking, creaseless necks while others like myself have always had the horizontal creases on my neck.

  1. Excellent point for all of us. I love how you’re comfortable right out of the shower, unlike myself. I’d like to work on being comfortable like that. You wearing sunscreen daily has really paid off because you look glowing.

  3. horizontal neck lines are considered beautiful in some cultures. They are present throughout some peoples’ lives. I would say that skin sagging of the neck, creating vertical bands (turkey neck) is what causes the neck to look aged, not horizontal lines.

    1. Every summer in July I get this on my fingers! While it is at its peak-

It just goes away in 2-3 weeks.

  5. I noticed that a long time ago. It also causes the back of your neck to have arthritis. I like to be at eye level.

  6. I have had those lines since I was 5. They don’t bother me. I will do preventative stuff to help my skin and take care of it but a few lines and wrinkles gained because I am living life and not worrying about every little thing that could possibly make me look older is nbd.
