I finished the Ordinary caffeine solution a while back. I used it mainly on my upper eyelids (sometimes lower) due to fact I get really puffy eyes. I feel it does depuff a little. One drop for both lids its plenty product to use, so the bottle lasted like over a year! I would repurchase but I also like to try out different products.

I’m with you there. Finally got in to see my derm in October and she confirmed my hair shedding and thinning (not that there was any doubt on my end! I lost 75% of my hair)! She did a while blood work on me: anemia, low vit d, and borderline low zinc. Also some underlying autoimmune but it’s still “low” as she stated (no idea what that means). I Have been more regular with my multivitamin this month. But hoping to get retested to confirm if my multivitamin is even sufficient or do I need to supplement my supplement 😅. I do see decreased shedding but she told me minimum 4-6 months to start seeing growth. I hope it grows back straight and dark. Would love to hear your journey if you’re comfortable sharing

The detox set bought not in the kit are $16.80 for each bottle and came out to $50.40 before taxes. The kit is $69.00 and has the same stuff. On the cursmith sight it’s $89.00. Mielle hair products Has most of their products for $6.99. I bought my son who has flaky dry scalp the oatmeal and honey shampoo, conditioner and leave in. I use their rosemary mint oil for my hair and scalp. The almond mint oil has barely a scent, so I will have him use that one. He has used head and shoulders like his Dad (oily scalp) when he truly has dry scalp and curly hair like me. I finally convinced him to switch products. Elf has 40% off and a free regular size product (putty or cleansing balm) after $30+ purchase. I love the holy hydration face cream and the super hydrate gel moisturizer. The cleaning balm is great too. None of these irritate my Rosacea and are cruelty free at a great price. I tried more expensive moisturizers and come back to these.

I currently use silk pillowcases, but haven’t owned silk sheets in years, but I do remember that I did enjoy them and I didn’t slip out of bed once! I’m currently sleeping on 1000 thread count sateen finish 100% cotton sheet set which I’m also enjoying. I recently had my 4 year Drayniversary and my skin thanks you. As a matter of fact, at my Dermatologist’s this past Tuesday, the aesthetician, who I was asking for a product rec, said my skin looks amazing and that I obviously know what I’m doing.
Can you shed any light on haircare using clay (like rhassoul) for cleansing and oils with ayurvedic herbs for hydration?
