Physical exfoliation with a brush only caused me a lot of skin irritation and didn’t get rid of my KP, but it’s different for everyone unfortunately. One routine doesn’t work for every case, glad you found something that works for you though!
You are too much for this earth, I’m pretty sure you’re some heaven sent angel just on a mission to look out for everyone! Bless you Dr. Dray, i don’t know you but based on how precise your content is it tells me you’re an extremely caring person, and we’re lucky to have you!!!
Hey Dr. Dray, is it safe to shave / ‘dermaplane’ the face when sebaceous filaments are present? I know it’s not recommended over active acne but does it pose the same risks when it comes to sebaceous filaments?
Thank you again Dr. Dray ❤️ I now know that I have this on my nose. I originally thought they were blackheads. But thanks to you’re knowledge I now know they’re dry skin buildups.
I usually just scratched them off 😆 I’ll moisturize even more now
Happy Tuesday Dr Dray Excited to be here . Thanks for sharing this advice have a good night.
None of those worked for me. The only thing that works for me is actual physical exfoliation with a brush

That’s horrible I have it and I hate it!! Thanks for sharing. Don’t you do consultations?
Isn’t laser hair removal a “cure” since there won’t be build up of keratin in the hair follicle as it has been destroyed?
Aveeno tone and texture helped me with kp. Very affordable comparing to amlactin. Plus theres more product than amlactin.😊
Amilactin has a horrible smell.
I actually could not tolerate it
I still use it despite the scent since it works so well. I find the scent is gone within minutes though
I’ve tried this and it really worked for me! 😊

I wished I had watched and this was created like 10 years ago because I really went in to a dermatologist to get diagnosed for this KP
I have this KP on my arms. I need to buy some products. I’ve been just leaving it alone. Don’t want to be irritated then it starts to feel itchy 😔

Would laser hair removal eliminate it?
Can these body products be used long term?
Prepare for the nasty smell of Amlactin
How much of a time does it take to start seeing improvements ???
I recalled that you have mentioned cerave SA as a relief. Does it still stand?
I got the Amlactin to try!🥰
wow i needed this video thank you!
