Anyone else have that Adam Ant song in their head now?
Thank you again Dr Dray. The progression of science is mind-blowing. Aging is how life goes and not sure if we should monkey around with that. I know recently they altered a DNA so a certain cancer won’t progress. Let us all continue with our basic skincare practice and age gracefully.
Sure do. Dont drink dont smoke, What do ya do…That was my 2nd concert I ever attended and it was awesome. Im glad to see another gen x who shares the good ol days.

Iâve really grown to respect you so much, Dr Dray. I am always so suspicious of YT influencers. But after watching your videos for many months now, I am really certain that you are measured and thoughtful about the information you provide us about skin. I really value your opinion. Thank you so much!
This â€
Happy middle of the week! Another really great video & I appreciate the information!â€ïž
I love your channel. Thank you for sharing all that you do and affordable skin care recommendations as well. â€â€â€
You are a hard worker! I’ve never heard of zombie cells. NAD is new to me too. The only thing in dermatology I’m impatient for is a cure for skin cancers, all of them, and scar eradication. The rest of it I can wait for calmly and quietly. Both of my parents developed skin cancer. For my mom, SCC, ate through to her esophagus and jaw bone. It killed her. She weighed less than 74lbs. My dad got treatment for a skin cancer, basal cell, under his eyebrow that grew into his eye. He was afraid to have it treated with radiation therapy, but he did it. He would up dying of other things not long after completing the treatment, so he needn’t have bothered endangering his eye at all. Mu dad was a sun-lover, but my mom wasn’t. She did take steroids for her Crohn’s disease which made her vulnerable to skin cancers. After decades of accumulated damage (no sunburns at all.) I know that you know the dangerous of skin cancers. My mom was a smoker from childhood. We always worried about it giving her lung cancer. It did end up giving her emphysema, but it was sun exposure that killed her. Ironic, huh? In the last few months of her life, she couldn’t eat at all. The radiation treatments caused this. People still don’t see skin cancers as serious like other cancers, unless it’s melanoma. They just don’t realize. Any advanced cancer can kill you.
Vanity is a prison. As someone whos 56 and been in the field for decades the beauty industry is absolutely out of control. Like the doc says; Nutrition is a major and most important force in skincare. Along with all the other lifestyle choices she mentioned. Im sticking with my basics and being grateful to still be here.
Just eating well with variety of fruits, vĂ©gĂ©tales, fish, meat and paying attention not eating to much and your imc! Basic skincare like you always recommend and sleeping well ! Plus lots of water !! â€
When it comes to keeping skin healthy or helping it heal, Iâm just really grateful for modern medicineâbehind it there are still so many people whoâve worked hard over a long time to achieve improvements. The fact that, as an ordinary person, I now have access to this kind of expertise and remedies makes me feel humble and deeply thankful.
I started a second YouTube channel, regarding skincare for men 40+ 50+. I don’t believe I have the charisma that Dr Dray has.
No one can compare with her knowledge and presentations!
I follow Bryan Johnson closely. The future of science is FASCINATING! Thanks Dr. Dray for the info and for your insight.
I used to spend hours watching beauty tutorials, buying creams, trying every âquick fixâ trend. Nothing really changed…I looked fine, but I didnât feel magnetic. Then I stumbled on the book The Forbidden Art of Majestic Beauty. It didnât just tell me what to use, it made me see beauty as energy. I started adjusting my posture, my presence, even the way I breathe in a room. Within a week, coworkers started complimenting me without me asking. It wasnât makeup…it was me finally radiating
Whatâs with these book spams. Wow
