Yes! This is the reason why it is so important to tell doctors about any supplements that you are taking,; for instance in this example, so that your blood test results are accurate. Upon receiving those results doctors also may be able to save you some money by informing you of the vitamins & minerals that you don’t actually need (or should continue taking) depending on your levels, medications, health and lifestyle. I only knew about “the biotin thing” because of you Dr Dray. When I have shared this information to others, they are also pleased to have that knowledge.🙂 👱♀️❤
Me too! If you look on the back of most of those vitamins the amount of biotin is like 8,000 % of your daily recommended amount… I think that might be part of the reason why it messes your skin up but idk
Endocrinologist checked my tsh which was slightly high and the first question she asked was “have you taken any supplement for hairfall like biotin ?” although my dermatologist prescribed me a supplement for my hairfall that contain biotin too, i purchased but didn’t take because i knew it can interfere with lab results, via dr dray 😍❤ thanks for educating ❤

Broke out in cystic acne for 2 months before I connected it to starting biotin. Acne cleared up once I stopped taking it. Never again.
This happened to me back in 2018!! Such a huge regret with these types of gummies
@Selene omg same!!!
