Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra is a type of Seborrheic Keratosis that occurs in patients with darker skin types and Asians . Sk in lighter skin

I have seb keratosis all over my chest and back. Recently I started noticing that it’s creeping up on my face. Absolutely hate it. My derm has removed several bigger ones for me and they came back.

What’s the difference between these and skin tags?
I have these and 2 moles on my face that keep getting bigger and darker. But I live in the UK, trying to see a dermatologist here is like trying to see God face to face. The GP service will empty the pharmacy first before they give you a referral for a dermatologist 😭

Difference between these and actinic keratosis? Ty
I removed mine at home with a zapping pen from eBay. The spots, where the dpns were, were white for a while, but they eventually filled in and matched the rest of my face. I did a lot of research beforehand though. I consulted with a dermatologist, but they were charging like $500 bucks and additional costs priced per lesion, so I took a chance. I have way too many for all of that. I went to town own them LOL. I haven’t seen them since.
