Slugging 101
Vaseline, Cerave Healing Balm, and Aquaphor are all common occlusives people use on top of their moisturizer to prevent transepidermal water loss and lock in hydration. Some swear by this method affectionately known as slugging. But this may be a trend those with acne and milia avoid as both condition may flair with slugging.

Should I put Vaseline under my eyes at night?
Vaseline is petroleum, This is an endocrine disruptor. I would use something natural. I slug with organic ozonated Olive oil

I would suggest exfoliate 3 times a week and heavy moisturizer. Also, glove masks for the hands. Hope that helps for now.
If you have acne prone skin DO NOT do this. You’ll break out really bad.
