Watch Susan get a Clear + Brilliant laser treatment here:
We've all heard of the "vampire facial" thanks to Kim Kardashian's scary selfie, but the treatment is really called microneedling with PRP (platelet rich plasma). It's a "collagen induction therapy" treatment that boost collagen to make your skin look younger, even out skin texture, and make you look more radiant. Susan Yara and Sharzad Kiadeh went to see Beverly Hills, CA, facial plastic surgeons Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Grace Lee Peng to try it for themselves. Watch this video to see what happens!

“I’ve had a little something done” -Samantha Jones. SO- that was the most uncomfortable treatment for me personally, BUT the results were also the best! Thanks so much for watching tonight’s episode!
Sharzad Kiadeh I can see a difference! Your skin is GLOWING!!
Sharzad Kiadeh im addicted to his show Botched! I have chickenpox scars on my face so this is something I have been looking into.

You made me laugh so hard with that reference! You guys looked really radiant after! Random question, would you mind sharing what lipstick you were wearing in the outro footage? That pink was so beautiful!
You two lady’s have beautiful skin.
You guys have SUCH a dream job trying out these cool treatments!
I wish I had that dream job.
Susan Yara Nu uh Y’all don’t have fun ….🙄
Yes i’m so jealous
@Aierek lol how ?
@Aierek oh wow 😯…. that means I have to request a new needle st the clinic right?
Believe it or not, I’m going to get this done again ASAP!!
Wish you would’ve said how many days of downtime…. ? Like do it Friday & go to bc work Monday & you’re ok?
Does this help tighten skin too?
@Blair
Can you please tell me, micronedding with prp is helpful to remove pore?
@LYRICS !!!!! I haven’t ever had microneedling with PRP. Also, I do not know if this is a translation issue, but pores cannot be removed. There are products that claim to reduce the appearance, but regular microneedling has not done that for me.
Have you done another PRP or PRF microneedling recently? If so, do you mind sharing your experience please.
On a pain scale how bad is it? I find Retin A kind of painful. I am on the lowest dose in my country and it still makes my skin really tight and hurt. Be honest! You guys both look really good after the treatment. It is a luxury procedure but I would agree it looks successful!
I wish you would of showed us the results without make-up, however, you guys do look great.
I think it’s b.s. that they cover up with makeup.
@BRITTANY KHUM Agreed! The whole procedure is designed for the ridiculous!
BRITTANY KHUM I’ve done this without the PRP.
It does look quite mad right after and for a few hours after that (I have olive skin so I don’t stay red for Long) and at first it looks like it might be worse but after 24hrs (provided u are using the right products and serums after, I.e Vitamin c and Hyaluronic acid and a mad amount of sunblock) the skin looks amazing.
Really amazing.
It definitely does work.
I LOOOOOVVVVEEEE how we are always on the same page!!! I having this done in February and have been looking through videos that I trust!!! Thank you sooo much!!!!
Fyi you’re both gorgeous regardless! A heartfelt request though, when you do these treatments can you please show us a before and after close-up without wearing make-up? It’s hard to take these treatments seriously or even get an idea of the impact you guys enthusiastically spoke of without the evidence or results to show for it :) In all honesty without those results the video is a total waste of 11 minutes – still adore you guys though.
@Dodged a Bullet Interesting you pointing that out. True with the hair
Their skin looks so good! Always so fresh and dewy, and I love how sophisticated and bohemian you ladies dress!
Y’all should do a special more sit down relaxed episode just going through your top 3 or so favorite skin treatments y’all have tried on the show
My clinic here in Dallas also microneedles stretch marks with great results! After my next baby, you better believe I’m going to do it to my tummy!!
I’ve gotten this done before, and it does wonders !!! I recommend it to everyone !!!!!
I got great results for just $300 🤷🏽♀️ she does my extractions too. My skin looks amazing! Combined with being dairy free and no red meat.
It’s sucks that in America, PRP microneedling is like $1500 for one treatment which is why skin treatments is seen as only the wealthy people getting it. In South Korea, specifically the skin clinic I go to, I can buy 3 of the same treatment called a “package” of PRP *and* Hylauronic Acid (intradermal) injections which would cost me around 880,000 won or $776 usd. Remember, that price is for doing it 3 times and it includes after-care service with cooling masks and red light therapy to help heal the skin.
Skincare treatment is a lot more affordable in South Korea. Obv rich people can easily afford it, but it also means that people who are not as wealthy could still be able to save up to afford it and get a better deal than in America. I think that’s why MOST, not all, people in South Korea have clear and youthful skin whether you’re rich or not.
@aruytpadyugf Does your dermatologist offer microneedling with PRP or just microneedling for $850 USD?
@Octave Chan Microneedling only. No PRP. I am in Los Angeles if that helps.
I remember my aussie friend said she can always spot an American bc usually “ they have straight teeth and bad skin.”
In America even breathing is expensive! It’s ridiculous. These facials are expensive for no reason when they don’t last for a long time.
Wow!!!
I wish you talked more about the healing process, how each day went, what happened, how mich it hurt etc.
Showing the results with makeup is just ridiculous 🤦🏻♂️
hahahahahaha
Right! It works but we can’t see it. Only makeup.
Exactly
@Delia Rivera They not allowed to do on makeup. They must propel clean the face
After İ read your comment İ stopped watching 2 minutes into the video
Would you recommend this for tan Asian skin? I read mix review that it may cause hyperpigmentation. Also, I see videos on YT people are doing it to themselves at home (w/out the PRP part of course) to treat acne scarring. Thank you and love your videos as always ladies! 🤗
I’ve done microneedeling 4 times. And my scarring has almost vanished completely. Took about 1 year, but it’s the only thing that he’s helped me. If you have acne scars I’d absolutely recommend doing this!
Thanks! I’m looking forward to it!
How many days the redness stays on face? How many days it take to repair
@Nabila Sultana for me it was about 3 days. It looks like a sunburn. The first day is the worst. And then it goes down. But your not allowed to wear any makeup for the first few days after and have to stay out of the sun. I would get it done on days you’re not working unless you wear masks.
@Nabila Sultana for me it was red for about two to three days
It’s really nice to know that people with darker skin can do this. I’ve always been sad about this because I thought that it was like certain other treatments that can cause hyperpigmentation in darker skin tones.
I’ve never seen any other videos addressing this, so I’m glad it was mentioned here :)

how many minutes.. will you put the blood into centrifuge? thanks
I’ve got my first microneedling (0.5 mm) treatment yesterday. Indeed no pain also no redness whatsoever.
