    1. Good one! I tend to use a rose gold metallic one now and it’s so pretty. The one I like is from MAKE Beauty.

  1. I’ll never give up makeup wipes, I’m a busy nurse /mother/ wife, there’s nothing wrong with using makeup wipes occasionally

    1. I love them too! I am in the hospital a lot and trying to wash my face with an iv in one arm and then my bloodwork arm just isnt possible for me. I havent had any issues with them.

  2. Oily skin girl here and primers never worked for me. It’s always felt like unnecessary layer that would not help and when my oils came through, it would ‘push out’ all the product on top. Finally just before the pandemic I ditched it completely and my foundation/tinted moisturiser and other products last so much better. If I want extended longevity, I use niacinamide and zinc serum, works like magic.

  3. I think a makeup wipe is fine as long as you don’t use it to clean your makeup. This is how I incorporate makeup wipe in my routine and so far my skin is happy: cleansing oil -> micella water > makeup wipe -> water based cleanser

  4. Yeah I don’t use any of those products. Interesting to hear about dry shampoo. I suspected that. But nice to hear if from someone else. I only use it if I’m desperate lol

  5. I agree with nearly all…I use makeup wipes on camping trips and still use dry shampoo to make my hair last😬

  6. Ty Susan!! You are the best e so beautiful!!
    Love your advice e inspo!

  7. I don’t use ready made dry shampoo but I need my arrowroot powder or I’d be washing my hair every day. Far too lazy for that!

  8. i’m screaming about the dry shampoo. i knew it was messing up my scalp but with colored treated hair i cannot wash my hair that often 😭

    1. UGH that’s the big issue I have too. I don’t want my color to get brassy and fade so quickly. I use a scalp serum from Kerastase that has salicylic acid in it. It does a good job of reducing my oil so I can squeeze at least one more no-wash day in.

  9. I’m still a hardcore strip lash girl but I would say that cutting them in half is the major trend now a days. However I’m open to some individual lash recommendations !

  10. We have to know when we’re getting another skin care routine video!! it’s been three months I miss them!! Please Susan!!

  11. I know a little bit of spf is better than nothing but I wish they took it out of foundations bc it clashes with nearly every actual sunscreen and primer I could use and thats just so difficult!

I love that there are more options for individual lashes bc my eyes have two different lid shapes and they’re kinda short so I’d always have to cut a lash in half to begin with and I looked lopsided. I totally agree about primer.

I used porefessional cuz like my first “big girl” makeup was a mini Benefit kit but I quickly moved to Too Faced Hangover, and now that I have a real skincare routine, I just use the Rare primer cuz it’s luminescent I’m not looking for it to prolong my makeup wear.

Since you brought it up… I kinda miss stick concealer lol I think if the tips were smaller it would be great for hyperpigmentation, but I’ve recently seen concealer “color pencils” and I think thats a really great evolved version of that
