Question: I hear everyone say salycic acid reduces acne by exfoliating the skin, but some other sources include other benefits like that its anti-inflammatory or dries up the pimple etc. so Im not sure which of these other things are true. Please make a video explaining other benefits of salycic acid other than exfoliation. Does it kill acne causing bacteria?
