  1. RLT is amazing and I have been doing it regularly for several years. I don’t recommend a mask. Either purchase a small panel which can be used for the face and other body parts. Or, invest that money in a larger panel. The benefits are good for your entire body.

    1. @Ashley the panel is more versatile because it can be used for any part of the body whereas the masks can only fit on the face

  2. I have noticed my crow’s feet improving since using an Omnilux mask daily. I’ve been using it since January.

  3. Highly recommend sheer curtains for daytime privacy and security! (Opaque panels or closed blinds at night) Maybe I watch too much true crime where peeping Toms turn into worse but I feel like your internet auntie Dr D! 😊👍

  4. I think we’ve all noticed that Dray found the makeup counter recently! Looks great. Thanks for the skincare tips.

  5. I love your honesty. Crows feet are the least of my worries at my age, not bothered by them, don’t have many as have looked after my skin. They prove I’ve been on this planet a while!
