Do you know the brand Geek & Gorgeous? It’s cheap and they have an unscented barrier cream (Happier Barrier) that gives zero irritation. It’s about $12,50 for 1,69 fl oz.

I think the cosrx snail mucin might be a good dupe for the Physiogel. I used it after my radiation treatments, and it worked great to relieve the redness and tenderness.
I used the peach slices salicylic lotion on my forehead only under my sunscreen which was oiler than the rest of my face and could get bumpy. It works great!

Hi Dr Dray, I would love it if you could shed some light on what is happening with Korean sunscreens. I’ve heard it said that Koreans sunscreen companies are creating two different versions with the same packaging. The original version with the newer filters, and another version to sell in the US with US approved filters. As the packaging looks the same, we can’t be sure which version we are getting. All this is very confusing and disturbing. Are we getting original versions with newer filters when we buy from Stylevana, or are we getting an altered version with US filters instead?

The FDA is cracking down on the sale of unapproved sunscreen filters by manufacturers in the USA. So whereas we used to be able to get the original Korean formulas on Amazon, or even directly from the maker’s U.S.-based websites, they were issued warnings for doing this. So they went and created versions of their sunscreens that would be FDA approved. Stylevana and Yesstyle are international sellers, so you’re getting the original Korean versions…at least for now. There are rumors the government may make it way harder in the future. (One way you can tell whether you got an American version is if the packaging or box the sunscreen came in has an FDA drug facts label on the back, since that’s required for all U.S. sunscreens.)

Ya’ll I’ve been using Klairs since 2016 I have NOT looked back, I’m 68 going on 69 have sensitive contact dermatitis this brand is perfect for my skin, the only thing I use different I live for my Vanicream face and body wash 100 across the board for Klairs
