  1. That book 📚 room looks so cool! I’d prefer to listen to a audio book while visually admiring the room and it’s awesome nostalgia! ☕️😂

  2. The smell of old books is called bibliosmia. My great grandparents left a pile of old books in the attic of our farmhouse. Reading them was a sensory experience. The old book smell really takes me back.

    1. The smell of old books 📚 reminds me of my childhood local library😊 Unfortunately, the locals thought it would be a good idea to “update” the library that was once covered in wall-to-wall and ceiling to floor oak. The creaky old oak floors from the 1800s were replaced with blue carpeting 🤮 and the original oak walls adorned with hand carvings were removed in place of drywall 😡This should be criminal 😈

  3. Oh I live book store like that. Went to one in New Orleans and would definitely love to go back. Shelves and shelves, rows and rows, books stacked on the ground. Then a man at a desk w stacks of books around him, you can barely see him. He knew where I find true crime books that had stories that happen there. I loved it and the smell. I love books!! All old book stores are disappearing 😢 I like old educational books also.

  4. Oh man, I haven’t gone to an independent book store in forever. The whiff of old books you get when you walk in and the excitement of finding a book you’ve been wanting, elation! Especially when it’s a vintage cover you’ve been on the hunt for.

  5. I actually have a perfume by replica called Whispers in the library. It’s meant to replicate what old books and a bookstore smell like, it’s lovely. It has a vanilla undertone, I always get compliments when I wear it

  6. Another great vlog! That bookstore looks amazing. My mother used to take me to secondhand bookstores. She also loved the smell of books. We miss all that now that it’s so easy to read on kindle. The Strand bookstore in NYC is great.

  7. I am an avid reader from way back. There is nothing like the smell of old books. I immediately relax and immerse myself in the satisfying feeling of browsing through the aisles and peeking into the treasures in the glass cabinets.

  8. This was fun. I love old book stores. You can find some interesting books and some treasures in them. I personally like the smell of old books. Something cozy about it. Thanks for taking us along. Happy Saturday, Dr Dray! I hope you have a lovely evening. 💖

  9. I tried some Niacinamide based skin products and they work wonders (my main one is CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion). Found out about Niacinamide for skin in a book I read called Secret Supplements that turn you into a Superhuman. A long tittle if you ask me but it has really great content. Recommend for everyone interested in supplements and health 🥰🥰 Great video btw! 😍😍
