Good morning Dr Dray. 😊
Please mention what works best on headless, red, hard, painful pimples? 😢
Happy Thursday, Dr. Dray❤
Morning!
Indeed the area around the nose has these crevices who tend to get irritated by some ingredients and we need to be careful (it happened to me with my salicylic acid face wash because i didn’t properly rinsed it off 😅). Thanks Doctor Andrea for informing us 😊❤.
it happens! Happy Thursday!
I have chronic sinusitis so there’s a lot of nose blowing which leads to redness from irritation. Thankfully not in the form of little red bumps though. For me, a little dab of Vaseline applied at bedtime makes a world of difference, especially during the winter months. 👃
Hi there! Just wanted to tell you I have chronic sinusitis as well, and there’s an amazing medicine called Dupixent. I have zero symptoms thanks for taking it, ask you doc about it!!
I have that too and was hoping for some advise in the video
Is chronic sinusitis just always having drainage and a runny/stuffy nose?
Hi there, love your videos, thank you so much for the advice and knowledge about skin conditions etc so helpful you have helped me and so many people i just wanted to truly thank you ❤🤗
I really needed this information 😭. I’ve had this in the past, but always thought it was dry patches. Took birth control and it went away. Recently, I stopped taking birth control (cost reasons), it came back, and I didn’t know what to put on it. Even aquaphor doesn’t make it go away, does soothe it though. Thank you Dr Dray, as always❤❤
my dorm said NO AQUAPHOR it has lanolin…as he left the room!!!!😠
I’m pregnant with my first baby and I got extreme redness in the corners of my nose overnight that has persisted for weeks now. I changed nothing so it must be a hormonal thing for me 😅 I already use azelaic acid twice a day for my acne so I’m applying around the nose now too
Do you perhaps read my mind, Dr Dray? It seems like you do when you post videos like this with just the perfect timing for me 😆
Love the Head & Shoulders Bare for my face. There are 2 versions. The one with the blue text called “Pure Clean” doesn’t have any silicones which I prefer for a cleanser. Love love love silicones in my moisturizers and shampoo generally but the silicones for hair seem a bit heavier which is why I prefer the Pure Clean version.
Sulphur will oxidize silver jewelry and turn it black, so always remove it before applying a sulphur mask or using Selenium disulphide products. If you should accidentally turn your silver black, there are lots of videos that show how to make it shiny again!
Hello doctor,
What about broken capillaries around the nose ?
Dr Dray has a video on broken capillaries and a video on blood vessels that should cover that.
Hi Dr Dray, just wanted to share that I am immensely grateful for your posting these medical videos! I don’t know what it’s like in the US, but in Canada where I live, it is impossible to speak with a dermatologist about these types of issues. In my experience you can only get to speak with derm if a doctor thinks you have skin cancer or something else very serious… Otherwise the doctor will tell you to seek out advice from a cosmetic dermatologist which you have to pay for out of pocket, which is fine by me except the cosmetic derms where I live won’t see you for minor medical issues because they are in fact medical and therefore require a medical referral from doctor by law in Canada… So you see it goes around in circles and one becomes hard pressed to get a perscription to treat something like contact dermatitis for instance.
To fill this void in Canada, there very recently came onto the market virtual referral free services like dermcafe and remotederm, which I’ve paid out of pocket to use but the level of service is limited, not like in-person and way less than your informational videos. You provide a great service to Canadians outside of ontario!
I use baby shampoo on the areas that get that way. My doc said it was yeast & that medicine used in another area works, too. I don’t use anything on my face except sunscreen.
It’s like you’ve been reading my mind for the past several weeks.
yes I had that when I was younger. it was hard to get rid of. But now that I have been taking excellent care of my skin, thanks to Dr. Dray, have not had it for years. Yay!
Great topic. I don’t have this but know a few people that do. I’m sure they’ll be able to benefit from your tips. Happy Thursday, Dr Dray! I hope you have a lovely evening. 💙
Hey Dr.Dray! I absolutely adore your videos, could you do a comparison on Nivea made in Germany vs Nivea made in the US, their differences, and if the fragrance is a problem? Every grandma swears up and down by it and I’m wondering if it’s better than the CereVe Healing Ointment! Thank you!
