  1. This is inspirational skincare fall edition! Excellent Dray love this! β˜€οΈπŸβ€οΈπŸ‘πŸ»

  2. The sun also reflects off the surface of snow during the winter so I’m an avid sunscreen fan year round. I have dry/mature skin so the only real adjustment I make is moisturizing in the morning along with at night. During warmer months I don’t really need the extra moisture in the a.m. ☺

  3. I love these types of videos debunking the myths. I cant believe how many people put on myths about skin care. I only listen to what you have to say. you know your stuff. Thank you for the help

  4. Back in Colorado when I was lifting weights and walking 5 miles daily, I ate baked salmon or chicken breast with sweet potatoes every day. In fact, I ate a large portion of sweet potatoes with my chicken last evening. I also eat broccoli and mixed vegetables. Sweet potatoes have good nutrients alone.

I have to go, I’m holding up the line here in the McDonald’s drive-thru. Everyone have a fabulous weekend!

    Lovely seeing you mon amour!

    1. Sweet potato 🍠 is excellent fiber source. As a 77 year old old seasoned citizen, I eat half one every morning with 3 eggs 🍳 for leg strength

  5. Happy Saturday! Thank you for the Fall Review❀ I had a routine dermatology appointment this week and they removed a mole I wasn’t able to see. So thankful for the professionals who keep us in good health!!!! And I will always be thankful for youπŸ₯³ Have a great week, Dr. Dray!!!!!

  6. I live on the sixth floor of a condo and never take the elevator–even with grocery bags. My heart thank me (I think). You’re the best!❀

  7. My routine below:

AM: rinse face with water, transparent lab pure glycerin serum, Inkey list PGA dewy moisturizer SPF 30

PM: elf cleansing balm, CeraVe hydrating cleanser, CeraVe hydrating toner, CeraVe intensive moisturizing cream, agency tretnoin, CeraVe intensive moisturizing cream

Body care: ivory fragrance free body wash, Cetaphil rough and bumpy body wash- 2x weekly, the ordinary glycolic acid toner on body 2x week, CeraVe intensive moisturizing cream mix with a little bit of Vaseline.

  8. A small change that I make when the weather gets cold is applying moisturizer soon after I wake up. And maybe add a little facial oil under my eyes. I usually don’t shower for a couple of hours after waking so this seems to give my almost 70 year old skin a little hydration boost. Thank you Dr Dray, you have helped me improve my skin!

  9. Toenails out there naked and afraid! Lol So good.
Great info on diet and skincare in cooler & cold weather. Thanks 😊

  10. The main change I make starting in the Fall is that I start using Vaseline again after my shower. It makes such a difference to my skin when the humidity starts to be less and my skin starts getting drier. I also start using the Vaseline stick on my lips and hands before bed. My Vaseline routine is all thanks to you, Dr Dray. I just wish Costco would bring back the two pack of large tubs plus the stick. It was such a great deal! Happy Friday!! I hope you have a fantastic weekend! ❀
