I don’t know…people should do whatever interventions that make them feel better. But, at age 65…you start dealing with loss of loved ones, health concerns…I still love my skincare, but my focus has also turned to wellness…I don’t worry so much about wrinkles, etc, but more about bone health, etc. It’s kind of freeing to not worry so much about aging, but taking care of mind and body
