  1. Happy Tuesday Night Y’All🤗! I 🩶my grey hair. My mother colored her hair from age 23 til she passed @77yo. She was almost bald and wearing wigs. Too much chemical dying of her hair. Have never worn foundation because mom had an orange face and white neck. Pancake makeup. Gross.
Make the rest of your day a good one Y’All. 😊

  2. I once caught a hair turning back to brown feom grey on my head. I got grey hairs at 25 due to stress. For the most part it just turned a lighter brown with some blonde but the one turning back to brown had me on a google hole before.

  3. Interesting I never heard that smoking cigarettes can cause premature grain in my case. It’s my genetics. Thank you, doctor.

  4. Amongst the few grey hairs I had, I once found one that was grey at the top and dark brown at the roots, I’m talking 2 inches of both colours, meaning it went 3-grey for 3-4 months and went back to normal… I started googling vitamin deficiencies and found out about b12.

I was late 20s , and it was during COVID.

I need to get some b12, because my hair right now has the same level of grey doesn’t seem to be increasing and might be even decreased a bit 🤔

    1. I found at least 3-4 hair like this on my head in the last 3 years… I have just a couple gray hair even though I’m 31, and because they are so few, I just cut them at the root (I’m not plucking them because I don’t want to damage the follicle). And yeah Some of them were brown at the roots! I even kept one because my mom wouldn’t believe me lol

    2. @@SweetyPrincessMarghe😂😂 girl I took clear tape and taped mine to a piece of cardboard like I was storing a scientific specimen, it was also because I wanted people to believe me 😅

  5. I let my grey grow out March 2020 during lockdown when I was 53. Figured it was the perfect time to see what all the white looked like under the dark coloring. I started going grey at 35. I loved it and haven’t colored since. Yes, I may look older, but I dont care. It’s shiny and so many different shades of grey and white with scatters of black mixed in. I should have done it sooner.

  6. Thank you!! ❤❤ If everyone were as honest as you, people wouldn’t be wasting time, effort and money on these “reverse grey hair” products 😅

  7. My husband is 64 now. He doesn’t drink alcohol and no smoking his hair is all white hair. I don’t know what to believe 😊

  8. I take 30 grams of collagen daily, a methylated b-complex, and a hyaluronic acid supplement. A lot of my darker gray has turned to my natural color and my silver/white hair is no longer that wiry texture. You gotta replenish.

  9. I’ve had random gray hairs since elementary school. My mom kinda made me feel sensitive about it and I started dying my hair in middle school. I’d stopped dying by the time I graduated high school. When I was in college, a friend who was Chinese mentioned that gray or white hairs at a young age can be a common issue for Asians (I am half-Korean). I don’t know why but that made me feel better. I haven’t died my roots since, though for a while I did balayage high lights and semi-permanent glosses.

It’s interesting because sometimes you can see when the gray is related to something specific, like stress (I assume) because there will be a stripe/band of white surrounded by dark brown on either side. Like whatever period of time it took my root to grow that hair, I was really going through something 😂. Now I’d say most, if not all, is age/genetics (I’m not even 40 but I have a small chunk of pure white near the center of my front hairline).
