I always appreciate it when medical professionals understand the difference between the official recommendation vs. reality. I always feel bad about not re-applying sunscreen on my face throughout the day because I wear a full face of makeup 😅
Hello Doctor Andrea Good morning Happy Sunday to everyone 😊❤. I really know it’s pretty hard to reapply sunscreen in some situations or extremely picky circumstances 😂❤. Reapplication every 2 hours is hard but it’s recommended though so i do as you suggested Doctor Andrea, i put a good amount of sunscreen spf 50+ and then follow with protective clothing and sunglasses plus using an umbrella is quite practical too for avoiding the extreme uv ray exposure. Thanks for pointing how hard it is to follow the rules sometimes 😅❤.
Happy Sunday Dr. Dray and all my fellow sunscreen people! I also reuse candle jars. Oil and low heat can help remove the metal wick holders. I find the candles at Kroger and Aldi are very good and very reasonably priced. I prefer them in the spring and summer. BBW is my go to for fall and winter only. Look at you being creative with your microphone. I think it works just fine.

That Isntree sunscreen is very good. It doesn’t irritate my rosacea-sensitive skin and the cast is negligible for fair skin. Great consistency for hot summer days.
Use liquid fabric softener to remove sticker labels. It works like a charm.
Goo gone and you’re done. Instead of fabric softener I use vinegar. There’s a huge anecdotal difference in the absorption of my towels and underwear when using fabric softener. No science here, but I hate fabric softener
My Target store usually has the spot next to the cart corral open too. That’s reserved for me. 😂 I love the Mermaid Sunscreen, but have been hooked on BOJ Relief Sun for about a year. It’s so good ! Looks like your video has an oopsie repeat, but thinking you know that by now. 😆 Happy Sunday ! 🌸🌸

How are you doing?
I use a makeup sponge to reapply sunscreen over makeup. That way it just reblends the makeup you have on while allowing you to reapply spf. Idk if this provides enough protection, but it seems a bit better than using a spray.

23:28 I was at a destination wedding in 2016 and the spa at the resort had a restaurant size drink dispenser filled with water and fresh cut star fruit, strawberries, cucumbers, lemons, oranges, limes and mint leaves. Just an infusion. It was incredible water. Never forgot it. No sugar or additives.
The Tree hut tropic glow scent is really good. Idk how to explain it but it was the first one I tried and I’d definitely repurchase. My daughter has the vanilla bean, also really good. After seeing you with the watermelon all the time I think I might try that one next.
