Hi! The brand called ‘ACURE’ has a lovely Vitamin C + Ferulic Acid serum out. I absolutely love it and recommend. It’s $14. It absorbs perfectly without any sticky residue whatsoever like many C serums do. It has a very light ‘Anisette’ scent, and best of all – it has improved my complexion by at least 30%.
Sounds like a good product, but Naturium has a very very similar product. It works great. I’m sure olay’s is too, but lately they’re getting so expensive with their serums. Same with other drugstore serums like loreal.
It’s the serum with the black label called vitamin c super serum plus. It’s my favorite serum I’ve ever tried, I highly recommend it. It really cut down on having multiple bottles on my shelf and rotating days for which ones to use.
I have this serum, so far I’m loving it. I have oily acne prone skin. I also struggle with keeping pore congestion and texture in check. This has been a great addition to my night routine and has helped me manage those issues. Love your vids Dr. Dray!
I’m 40 with acne prone skin and am a little reluctant to try it because Olay is hit or miss for me. Their original Regenerist serum was ok on me, despite being full of many types of silicones which usually my skin reacts horribly too.
Understandable, I haven’t tried the regenerist serum. This one I found to be very gentle. I have sensitive skin. If you’re considering it and like the ingredient list (for instance my skin is very responsive to salicylic acid and niacinamide) I think it may be worth looking into! Hope that helps!
It has lactic acid so you shouldn’t. Not an expert, but I’m well informed as I’m a retinoid user. You can definitely cycle them though. Hope this helps!
Excited to be here this evening Dr Dray . Thanks for reviewing this have a good night.
“That may or may not do anything for you.”
That’s how I feel about any product that has Vitamin C and isn’t Skinceuticals.

Which Naturium product?

Thanks for explaining this. I definitely need to try it
I use an Olay regenerist serum… literally the only skincare item I have bought more than once! It’s fantastic

@Jessica forgot to @ you at my above response! My bad! Hope it helps!
@Zorié J Sounds like it’s worth a shot. My skin loves those 2 ingredients. Thank you.
So, yeah. I’m going to get this🤗
Can we use this with retinol?

Thanks Dr. Dray. I will be picking this one up. 💞💞
salicylic acid and rosacea typically aren’t a good match ☺️
Most of the things in store does almost nothing or nothing and it’s expensive. If it’s from the doctor it works but you can’t just get from the store.
By cell renewal you mean regenerate melanocytes?
Is this safe to use during pregnancy?
I was wondering the same thing
I feel like Olay products are very bery similar to one another esp with their ingredients, but packaged and textured differently
Can I use this if I’m using Adapalene gel and benzoyl peroxide for moisturizer?
