    1. I’ve been avoiding that area! My skin is surprisingly not that sensitive to acids. It’s really retinoids that get me.

  1. Omg i got the kombucha essence after seeing you use it in so many of your videos, and it’s a total game changer! It’s almost moisturizing, one night i ran out of my cerave face cream so i just applied two layers of this, one before and one after my serums, and my skin did not feel dry even the next morning! I’m currently trying to find out more about peptides, I know that they’re all quite different and there’s not a lot of studies on some of them, but I would love to see a video from you talking about the ones you like most, especially considering all the info you have from doctors and formulators – which ones do you think are the worth investing in?

  2. I find my Omnilux LED mask has exacerbated my melasma. Your skin looks so good and love learning from you.

  3. Have you ever had a chemical peel and/or laser from a dermatologist for melanoma? If so, how effective are these dermatologist office treatments compared to topical products?

    1. Hi! For melasma, I have done a few laser treatments and one chemical peel. It’s definitely worth it because they can do more intense treatments than you can do at home. I consider the at-home products to be maintenance and prevention.

  4. My Oura ring tells me that red light can help regulate your circadian rhythms! So that’s probably why you feel relaxed using it. I’m using that to justify buying a nice red light mask when I get my bonus next year 😂
