  1. If ppl are taping their mouths shut when they sleep to prevent mouth breathing, instead sleep with a donut travel pillow around your neck and under your chin. I find it very comfortable and keeps me from mouth breathing.

  2. I’m the same with my sleep 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I died when you said “what are you looking at?!”. I do the same thing, I’m a very light sleeper and when I get woken up I’m up for good so I could never do this either

  3. I can’t help it, I just want to tell girls under 25 that you honestly don’t need all these face accoutrements. Just enjoy being young. Hydrate, wear sunscreen, find some simple skincare that suits your skin type, but please, don’t buy into this story you’ve been sold that you need to do all this to have good skin. Focus on your natural beauty, not your imagined flaws that ads tell you that you have. Loving yourself is an inside job. ❤

    1. I fear for the younger generations. I really do. I just saw a news report on teenagers doing 6 step skincare regimens. It’s horrifying. Everyone is so worried about looking old, they never enjoy being young.

    2. @@luckyDancer100 I feel like 6 step skincare regimen for teenagers are not all that bad actually, I don’t really worry about that. As long as they don’t use products that contain strong actives (unless it’s prescribe) then they can enjoy a 6 step skincare. Koreans have been doing more than that and they have amazing skin. And you never know, maybe that’s their way of enjoying their youth.

    3. I disagree.
      It’s a very great habbit.
Wish all the young would do this instead of smocking, drinking and playing video games all night

    4. @IdentityCrisis_01 the problem is “obsession”. Unfortunately Korean have huge problems because of the ultra high standard of beauty, record number of young people commit suicide, cause they can never have “perfect porcelain skin”. Even young stars admitted this (even BTS). And the industry labels 25 years olds as “old”.

  4. “What are you looking at?” It could be a four year old creeping into my room to wake me up. I wouldn’t want to scare them. My sister’s granddaughter has crept into my room to wake me up so that she can go through my travel bags. Her eyes light up every time I open my pencil case of lip balms and lip glosses and tiny tubes of sunscreen and hand lotion. That stays in my hand bag.

  5. What are you looking at AND we are going to have a major problem for waking me up for blinking Buddy. Lol!

I love this channel for the information but i also LOVE the attitude!

  6. Worst part is….she filmed this at 5pm to check it off the content schedule.
No she doesn’t do this every night 😂

  7. I just pictured Dr. Dray in a horror movie when she said “What are you looking at?” 🤣 Love her humor.

  8. I have never seen the tape over the mouth in skin and beauty care… oh my gosh, that’s a bit freaky.

  9. Dr. Dray you are funny even when you’re serious. Thanks for always keeping an eye on bad trends. People, don’t tape your mouth shut. Just don’t.

  10. I can relate. I’m a restless sleeper, and if there’s so much as a dust bunny on my bed, I can feel it. It will disturb my sleep. Rain, ac kicking on and off, etc, can disrupt my sleep. Unfortunately, I’m also a bit claustrophobic, and the joke is on me because now, in my senior years, I’ve developed sleep apnea and am forced to wear a cpap mask. Saying that finding a mask that won’t hurl me into a panic attack has been a challenge is truly an understatement. 😒
