It’s just so classless for these creators to be pointing at anyone’s faces saying they need retinol. Thank you for talking of both the efficacy, and emphasizing that it’s okay to choose to or not use “anti aging” products.

Especially when they’re using a filter on their own face!!
I use script tret and I still have fine lines, 11’s etc 😂. I’m also almost 51 and don’t have filler, Botox or any kind of in-office procedure done because of health reasons/cost. BUT tret has made my skin better as far as overall appearance and skin firmness. I use SPF religiously and every sun protection measure I can. It’s totally fine for others not to use tret though.
Now if ppl are HCP and point out fine lines/wrinkles and completely disregard pt privacy, it’s a violation of HIPAA on their part. Thank you, Dr. Dray, for your balanced and thoughtful response.

I used it for a year and it was proscription strength. I hated it. I didnt see any changes after a year other than more sensitive skin. What works for some does not work for all.

Doctor is right in every way❤️❤️❤️❤️.. I use tretinoin because of my adult acne as prescribed by my derm, but it treats not just my acne. And im enjoying using it😍😊
In Korea Retinol is not a thing at all. And generally speaking they have flawless younger looking skin. Sun protection an red ginseng could be an option if you your skin is not liking retinoids.
I was totally expecting a comparison with Tret and other prescription retinoid but you said something better which is that fine lines and wrinkles are not things to be corrected 👌

biggest improvement for me is that my skin texture feels so good, it makes me feel great too. sometimes when i dont use retinal for a long time my skin feels so dull
