@@DrDrayzday Regular application of Vaseline and Saran Wrap overnight are my go to for calming down a rather large psoriasis plaque. Just started adding red light therapy, and it’s really making a difference in just 3 days. The plaque is clearing, and the extreme itch of dried, flakey skin is gone. But, as I’ve learned the hard way: Consistency is everything.
Yeahh
agreed. that said likelihood will go through multiple rounds of 6 days of duct tape attached to wart = zero or 48 weeks applying vaporub to toenails = zero like be for real what the actual inconvenience 😅
Thanks for these hacks! In my area it can be months before I get in to see my dermatologist. Ways to manage issues until appointment day are always appreciated.
thanks for watching!
My children were young. My wife always told the kids to change their pillowcases at least every other day when they had acne what an amazing change in their skin that increasing amount of water they drink in the evenings people forget how long they’re lying on that pillowcase for and the oils and the dead skin cells.
100%! I wash/change my pillowcase at least every other day.
My sons’ pediatrician recommended the diluted bleach soak to treat his flare up of eczema when he was 8yo! Worked fabulously, cleared up within a week. 👏👏👏THANKS for your video!👍Much appreciated ❤❤❤
My 12 yo son’s dermatologist told us to mix water and bleach in a spray bottle and spray him down before his even8ng shower … his staph finally went away.
@@yooookki I’m a diabetic that gets recurring staph and the antibiotics were a real problem. I found online that you can get topical antibiotic ointment and requested it. Idk why the dr didn’t recommend it. It just takes applying it 2x a day for 2-3 days and they go away. A tube lasts forever too because you just need a tiny dab.
You forgot original listerene…works great on fingus, small zits etc.
i have a video on hacks for toenail fungus, that includes listerine soaks
The Wall Application Method is absolutely brilliant! (My walls have never been so well-hydrated!) Regular application of Vaseline and Saran Wrap overnight are my go to for calming down a rather large psoriasis plaque. Just started adding red light therapy, and it’s really making a difference in just 3 days. The plaque is clearing, and the extreme itch of dried, flakey skin is gone. But, as I’ve learned the hard way: Consistency is everything.
I never side eye you, you’re one smart cookie & I listen to all you say! A great informative video, thank you!❤️
The dental floss trick is a new one for me. Thanks, Doc!
I use Vicks for bites on my skin and it helps to stop the itch and cool it down
WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR WACKY. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
“Wash the towel? The towel washes me!” – Nick Miller, New Girl.
All jokes aside, this is very informative. Zero side eyes from me. Thanks!
It is DDDD time, “Daily Dose of Dr. Dray.” My kids give me such a hard time about my skin care routine. At 74, they think it is absurd that I use retinoids, exfoliants, moisturizers, etc. They ask me what’s the point? My photo is about a year old. I think my skin looks pretty good for nearly 75. I want to take care of what I have, that is why. Your site is my go-to, first-choice site for information.
You look fantastic! And the kiddos who ask why we bother will also be bothering when they reach a certain age😂(I’m 53 and my kids roll their eyes at my skin care routine.)
For real@@ladywytch129
It would be interesting to post a podcast related to skincare and skincare conditions related to household pets particularly cats and dogs. Also preventative measure to manage or eliminate potential conditions.
Antihistamines works well for Allergic dermatitis and allergic rhinitis
I use a cheap silicone kitchen spatula to apply lotion on my back. It works great.
thank you!
It’s really common for bartenders to get “bar rot” on their fingertips. Basically all the beer and citrus wears at your fingertips and you end up with a yeast infection that irritates the nerves in your fingers. Bleach bath and a glove on a lotioned hand overnight works a treat.

Vicks also helps subdue osteoarthritis pain as well as castor oil. Putting heat pad on for 10 minutes after you apply helps.
50 years ago, an old Hungarian woman saw I had a wart on my finger. She told me to pick a dandelion and squeeze the milky juice from the stem onto the wart daily until it was gone.
I did that and it was gone in about a week!
Girl, please! We love, love, LOVE all of your sassy, quirky, funny, intelligent, and amazing self! It’s been a joy to see you change through the years.
