I have had the same issue for 6 years (only 20) and what works best for me is surfer soap every night, i use Joseph’s on Amazon, glycolic acid from the ordinary or Neutrogena also has a good acid mix for either dry, combination or oily skin and just top it off with a moisturizer 🩵 on extra dry days since I have dry skin I layer it with 100% squalene or Shea butter or even just regular ol olive oil 🩵
Benzoyl peroxide from over the counter works too
Leave it for 3 min and rinse it well in the shower so you won’t stain your towels
