  1. My husband excitedly came out and played me a snippet of the podcast JohnJay and Rich- which has many many listeners and a listener called in yesterday and told them all about you! It is at about the hour and 15 minute mark! 💜💜💜

    1. Love the JJ&R radio show! Been listening to them for years, I will have to make sure to listen to that one. I’m sure it was Johnjay who mentioned Dr. Dray because he’s always doing as many beneficial health/skin things as possible. He’s open to it all 😅

    2. @@hdezines I laughed because he turned it in to a joke about it being foreskin care he is into and if it was me who had called in I would have said- hey I am sure she could help with that too- she knows about EVERYTHING lol. Not to mention she is so funny she could do standup. I am hoping he checks her out.

    1. Trump has been in office only a month. Yet you blame him?

You WANT MORE government regulation?!?! Why? Do you think people are so slow we can’t read and think for ourselves? If you don’t want to take supplements, don’t.

    2. @@davidle3567 After the covid-19 vaccine debacle, I think many have lost trust in corrupted big pharma and the industrial medical complex.

    1. Good idea! Do you have to chop them first, I’m guessing? I have an ancient blender so I know i would have to do something. 😅

If you soak nuts overnight (or for a couple hours, at least,) they will soften considerably.
I have a crappy old blender, too 😅

  2. I take enough supplements as it is. Therefore, I use Brazil nuts (as per Dr Gregor) as my source of selenium.

  3. You have the most calming voice for long and short road trips🚗 Road Rage Prevention👏🏻
    also very informative.
    Thank you

  4. I remember a Dr. House episode about a CIA guy with suspected radiation poisoning. Turns out, he ate so many brazil nuts, he gave himself selenium poisoning.
Love how my brain chooses to randomly store medical tivia from some tv series from 15 years ago 😆

    1. I’ve got you beat… Whenever selenium is mentioned, my brain automatically brings up the early 1990s true story of a doctor poisoning his wives – one of the ways was by adding selenium to shampoo [p.s. turned into the 1999 made-for-TV movie “Lethal Vows”, starring John Ritter and Marg Hengenberger]. I remember thinking at the time, ‘Wait, selenium sulfide is already in some shampoos [e.g. Selsun Blue]…’ 🤔

Just classic cases of The Dose Makes The Poison!

    2. *Helgenberger 🤦‍♀️ [I was too preoccupied with remembering she’s a ‘berger’ and not a ‘burger’ 😝]

  5. Please do blood test (nutritional panel) before you start taking vitamins. Also make sure you having healthy balance meals and drink water ☺️
