  1. Thank you Susan Im in my mid 30s…and this comes on pretty handy I am a side sleeper too. I have a bad habits squinting my eyes to check how deep the wrinkles are. And o too used make up wipes may teens and twenties …I heard about retinol in my 30s. I wish I started vitamin c abd Retinol and everyday sunscreen in my twenties. We I am North African we tanned with olive 🫒 oil 😢

  2. I agree. That double-cleanse is a game changer. I also wish I’d had the Naturium Fermented Camellia cleanser sooner. I HATED putting any kind of oil cleanser on my dry skin until that!

  3. What is your opinion on skin cycling? I have a very consistent routine 2x a day, double cleanse at night, and i’m still seeing acne or big red bumps by my hairline and cheeks

  4. If I’m only wearing an spf moisturizer (my new hg beauty of joseon ✨) would I really need to double cleanse still?

    1. @leli oh yeah that is definitely true! Because I have been re applying my spf with a sunstick so that makes sense lol
      Thanks!

  5. I wish I have gone to the dermatologist years ago. Because of my passion for skincare I was trying retinol by my own, and along with that many products because I am the person that buy something if I believe in that blogger content, but, even after watching many dermatologist and serious YouTube channels I was still trying everything by my own, did this also with Korean skincare, well, then I decided to go to the dermatologist, she really reduced my routine, I basically had to drop 4 other creams, and after struggling for years with retinol (really struggling because it made my skin to look like a real teenager) she made a very simple routine, washer, moisturizer and sunscreen and differin. Thats all, no niacinamide, no other hyaluronic, no extra serums, just the simple (I liked Avene so bought everything from Avene), and my skin after 3 months of consistency does not even require foundation or bb cream tô be beautiful, I was choked that didn’t have to apply the foundation, the glow was much better without, just applied a blush mascara and that’s all (and my foundation is a good one, the Giorgio Armani one). Please don’t do like me, go first to the dermatologist instead of trying many products, now I save much more money and I am being able to invest this money in treatments, much better to do that.
Amazing video, I could not agree more in all topics :)

  6. I have been sleeping on my back more often, wearing sunscreen, and using retinoids. I think I am doing good enough. I have dry and acne prone skin btw.

  7. I wished she would have filmed this video without foundation on so that we could see her naturally beautiful skin ❤️

  8. I am 78…always cleansed and moisturized, but was a sun-worshiper until they really started to talk about sun/skin cancer…right after we had a pool built! I’ve been lucky with just one squamous cell on my chest, however, I’m left with MANY sun spots everywhere the sun hit. I am a retired nurse and should have known better. It was not until I retired and started watching skincare vids, that I even knew what an “active” was, or tretonoin, that I got serious about trying to treat my skin! That must have been about 3 years ago. I am now working on the spots on my face and will slowly work my way down! Too little, too late, I’m afraid. 😞

  9. I have PCOS and started tretinoin very early on in life. Having cystic acne is horrible but it’s been such a benefit starting double cleansing, tretinoin, spf, and other actives as a teenager. Now I’m mid 20s and I can really see the years of work in the plumpness and evenness of my skin tone and texture.

  10. oh my god Susan i’ve been missing your skincare routines so much, they are very nice to watch and relaxing! Bring them back!

  11. Glad to say that I started retinoids when I was in my teens for severe acne and now at 27 I can use the highest prescription strength retinoid several times a week without irritation. Took me 10 years to get there but it’s so worth it and I know the benefits will keep showing in the future

  12. Been wanting to start getting facials but I never know where to start in terms of what’s best for my skin. Any advice?
