  1. DHC Deep Cleansing Oil is my absolute favorite!! When I had bad acne as a teen, I’d get samples from them in the mail glued to their catalog (in the mid-‘90’s). I’d use the oil & my skin would clear. But oil cleansing was unheard of in the ‘90’s! Fast forward 25 years..been double-cleansing w/it since. I will never not use it. It’s gentle & effective. It gets sunblock off very very well, too. I use it on my body on vacation. Don’t sleep on this one. A silent giant for sure. Can you tell I love it?! 🤣❤️

  2. I would love a review of the Heroine Make Speedy Mascara Remover. That stuff is so good for stubborn mascara, and it definitely deserves more time in the limelight.

  3. Australian gold tinted sunscreen is a nightmare to clean off but it is oily oily oily skin friendly. Yes some oils take off that first layer BUT, they are so messy!!! It’s annoying as hell, so makeup wipes as my first step in cleansing is a must!!! I SAID IT LOL love your channel!!!!

    1. Btw I use a soft handkerchief to gently wipe my face after applying Pond Cold cream. Then I just wash that handkerchief with a cheap strong face wash that I don’t use on my face.
Since it is just for wiping away the tinted layer, I don’t care if it still has some color on after washing.

    2. They have a microfiber cleaning cloth you might like I’m allergic to most cleansing oils I use that and it doesn’t pull at the face

  4. Love my oil – been using it for about 10 years. Apply to dry skin and massage in, then rinse and cleanse – many folks do not realize those steps are important.

  5. I don’t use makeup often, once every month, mascara and lipstick, my skin texture it’s way better and it’s easier to cleanse

  6. I can testify for the DHC Deep Cleansing Oil. I’ve used it for years. It’s wonderful plus you’ll receive the benefit of olive oil on your skin. I leave a little bit on my neck and chest. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t make my skin feel oily. Highly recommend.

  7. Wipes are easier I guess for many people. I actually use micellar water with a cotton pad and my skin is good for mid fifties. Hardly wear makeup though.

    1. Micellar water is very good
For people who don’t like oil cleansing, micellar water is the best thing
Makeup wipes on the other hand need to be rubbed a lot

  8. I love Paula’s Choice Perfect Cleansing Oil, but will have to try the Yams. Makeup wipes are handy when traveling or if you goof while doing makeup, but that’s about it. Can’t imagine using them for my daily double cleanse anymore.

    1. @Angel Lane Thanks, I just bought a cleansing balm and I love it. But I still have some wipes left so I want to use them instead of throwing them out.

    2. @Jenna California I tried that before but occasionally leaks happened. I’m glad it’s inside a bag so it’s wasn’t too bad but it’s still annoying. I guess it depends on how tough the bottle is.

  9. I agree. I tried oil cleanser because I use Tre. but I felt like the oil doesn’t work well with my sensitive eyes so I have to find another solutions😅

    1. Girl, I feel you…but you would feel so much better if you did. You don’t have to take an hour shower, just hop in there for 5-10 minutes. Your skin deserves better than just a makeup wipe.

    2. Do you use wipes or micellar water? Sometimes i use micellar water w cotton pads when im too tired to go to the bathroom since they’re more effective

  10. I use wipes when I travel. Bc I don’t have to declare it and deal w the liquid limitation or leaking from air pressure changes. At home I use neutrogena cleansing oil. Cheap and works great for me.

  11. Because I can take off makeup from bed. It’s that or sleep in it some nights. Self care can be a struggle
