@Tara Nullius okay I will also check in to Paula’s Choice vitamin C or maybe just the Timeless CoQ10. I knew that vitamin C was an antioxidant as I take it orally but I’m also wondering now should I be taking CoQ10 orally? I take so many supplements but it’s one sure way of getting the water in Daily because it takes some water to get big pills down!😂😂

Hey Dr Dray: I have learned so much from your videos. I have noticed that whenever I try to wash my hands after having put on sunscreen on my hands, the soap doesn’t lather. I wash my hands 2 and sometimes 3 times to get the soap to lather. Maybe the sunscreen has some grease or oil that prevents the soap from lathering. Would washing my hands once still clean my hands if the soap doesn’t lather?
I gather that you are using water resistant sunscreen! I never even thought about the lathering but often I use hand sanitizer more frequently than I wash my hands throughout the day, when I’m on the job. You could probably use a little oil to remove the sunscreen first like Dr Dre does when she removes it from her face, you know the double cleanse if it bothers you but I think you’re getting the debris off. Will wait for Dr Dre to chime in! Lol!
Not sure about that, but it does form a film so perhaps lathering is disrupted?

I rub soap well into my hands before turning the water on. I use liquid foaming soap in a pump. I usually have to wash my palms twice to get off the water resistant/sport sunscreens, but I also rub the palms of my hands on a towel to get the last bits.
My face wash doesn’t lather with sunscreen on my hands either

I saw the No 7 Menopause line at Walgreen’s recently and was shocked at the high price for each product. I have very sensitive skin which came on during menopause so reading their ingredient labels and finding fragrance was disappointing. As for the cooling mist, I keep a glass spray bottle in my bathroom that’s filled with distilled water which is my cooling mist. 😉 It’s cheap and it works. ☺

If No7 didn’t have fragrances in their foundations, I’d probably try them.
I bought something from them years back and ohh emm gee!, the scent got caught in my nose and back of my throat it was all I could taste & smell for days.
@Broken Wench I use the No 7 Protect & Perfect All in One foundation with SPF50. It does not contain any fragrance ingredients and it’s very smooth on the skin.

The fish cakes/pastries are called taiyaki in japanese, boongeo-ppang in korean. Usually filled with sweetened red bean paste but you can also find those filled with custard cream, whipped cream, or ice cream. I just like to stick with the classic.
This year I couldn’t wait to switch out my summer to fall stuff on the calendar date. Between the heat and my burnt patches of grass I needed to move on. I couldn’t imagine changing my others 3-4 times per day. As someone who is active both outside and inside I find changing your clothes every time you go in and out to be excessive. I walk before work for 45 minutes outside, then work 9-5, 20 min outside wall on lunch, 5-10km run night, plus any grocery shopping etc, I would be doing a load on laundry a day.

My day was the opposite of overpriced skincare! Found some Versed moisturizer, Bioderma micellar water (which I use as part of my first cleanse), and Neutrogena and CeraVe sunscreens on clearance at Walmart! Always enjoy your vlogs! Thanks for sharing your day with us. ❤️
