    1. Thank you so much and my pleasure. INN Beauty makes a really good lip SPF as well. Just tried it last week!

  1. This video came at the right time. I’m not sure what is going on with my skin this summer, but it’s breaking out and I’m having flare ups (I have eczema). I already had a good skin care routine, but once summer came, my skincare routine is barely working. I made an appointment to see my dermatologist who is a black woman, but unfortunately, her office called to inform me that she doesn’t take my insurance anymore 😩.
I don’t have an antioxidant in my skin care routine, so hopefully, that will make a difference.

  2. Thank you for this video, Alexis. Due to some reason when I take the Heliocare Advanced Nicotinamide B3 Supplement: Niacinamide 500mg and Fernblock PLE Extract 240mg Per Serving, the skin on my cuticles peels & sometimes I get headaches, do you think this could be because of excess B3 in my body? Also, can I take ISDIN pills that you showed in another hyperpigmentation video instead of the Heliocare? Thank you

  3. Dr. Stephens I greatly appreciate these tips. I find as my skin ages, I’m 62 I have to be even more deliberate with my skin care. 🙏🏾

  4. How does SkinBetter’s Alto Advanced Defense & Repair Serum compare to SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic Serum? Would it be overkill to use both in a routine?

  5. Dr. Stephens recommendation for skincare is very solid. I started using sunscreen over a year ago in 2023 and she was right for my skin type. It can be affordable and top quality.

  6. Great advice. I’d love a comparison between Alto Advanced Defense and Repair serum and Anteage MD System or Brightener

    1. Not sure where you are, but lots of affordable options in Canada! Deciem/The Ordinary is a good start for simple one ingredients (lactic acid for example). ROC (the company that brought retinol to skincare), Embroylisse, La Roche Posay, Marcelle, No 7, Biore for sunscreen. I try to keep all my skincare under $30 and most of the brands I listed have products under $30 CAD.

  7. Can you elaborate on sunscreen benefits for people with Lupus? Just grew new skin on my hand from a traumatic accident. Noticed the skin is now very discolored and feels raw and burned.

  8. Dr.She is the best❤….Can you make a video of hyperpigmentation around mouth for dry, sensitive skin and body tan.

  9. Thank you Dr. Stephens.
I would like to better understand the order of layering the various skin products.
I use the CE Feurlic and the Ordinary vitamin F [alternating] with Avene Retrinal before the sunscreen. Where would I appropriately apply the Alto Advanced serum?
Also, what is your professional opinion about the skin care products from Korean pharmaceutical companies?
    Thank you🙏🏾

  10. Dr. Stephens, your videos have saved my life. Could you do a video of body washes to use to heal constant Tinea Cruris and prickly heat? I have been suffering all my life! 😢
