@Dr Dray 🌞🍁🤩💕
Happy Tuesday mary ann Gonzalez. Have a lovely day and take care.
I recently heard someone talk about some studies that prove that botox actually does travel throughout the body…as well as long term use of it causing facial bone loss, and facial muscle loss. Are you familiar with these studies? Really curious as I have recently started getting it in my 11’s and a bit in my forehead.
no data for bone loss, but i discuss possible issues with muscle weakness in prior video on botox in your 20s
Love this!! Thank you Dr. Dray!!
Thanks for watching!
OH MY GOD JUST as I’m about to start seriously planning botox for my forehead.
thanks for watching
What are your thoughts on those pocket uv camera mirrors to ensure you’re totally protected by sunscreen or removed it while cleansing? Do they emit harmful radiation? 🤔
they are not helpful
Happy Tuesday, Dr. Dray 🙂 Question: How frequently does retinol need to be used in order to see longterm (anti-aging) benefits? Thanks, as always, for your informative content!
see my videos on retinol, i discuss the timeline there
I thought it was kind of scary when they first came out with using this bacteria for wrinkles and migraines. It’s so interesting how treatments aimed at one thing are accidently found to help something else off label. Really enjoy the historical videos.
it is cool when things work out like that
I remember my mom freaking out when I was a teenager (1978) because one of her best friends was getting Botox injections in her vocal folds (cords) to help her speak. She had started losing her voice. My mom heard botulism and was really worried. Of course things worked out fine and Mrs. B had improved vocal function. I just started getting an injection twice a year for my 11’s 😊
I wished Dr dray would do a vid on why some ppl have insteada 11 lines, just 1 line!! Its deeper and sibling has the 11! Whatda lol.
Hi Dr Dray! Cool video. How do you feel about “baby Botox” ? I am considering using a perk and getting Botox but I am still in my early 20’s…EDIT: just found your other video which seems perfect! You really have a video on everything lol
Hello dr happy Tuesday 😊….dr kindly give review on Palmers hair care product, is it really worth using. My friend admires it a lot
Love love love historical medical info! I read a book about the beginnings of Physicians and their practices and apprentices who then became Physicians. I loved it! I would enjoy more of these types of videos.
I have terrible scalp sweating when I get hot. This has been offered to me by my Derm but I am afraid of side effects.
Have a good day, Dr. Dray!
I love this science history content
thanks for watching
Can you do Botox injections on accutane or shortly after finishing?
Thanks for your content. So much info! Have a great day.
Thanks for this video Dr Dray! I had heard that botulism could happen in babies if they have honey before a certain age but I wasn’t entirely sure.
I hope you can clarify something for me – I’m a bit confused about using mineral vs chemical sunscreen for melasma. I’ve bought chemical sunscreens with newer filters that have high UVA protection from outside the US and Canada, and I can’t tell how irritating they are (if at all) they are to the rest of my skin, but they sting my eyes so much. I’ve heard the mineral ones are less irritating but that they aren’t as high in UVA/PPD protection. My favourites right now are Japanese sunscreens, but I’m aware that PA++++ means PPD 16+ and I’m not sure how protective that would be against melasma vs some of the European sunscreens that have PPD of 40+. Does that difference in PPD really matter? Would a mineral one be better after all?
I’m diligent about reapplying, but it’s so much easier to reapply Japanese sunscreen with smooth texture than the European ones that just feel stickier and stickier after each application.
Great video, Dr. Dray! Thank you for your thoroughly-researched videos. I just received masseter Botox to help alleviate facial pain from TMJ.
Could you please make a video discussing the various lasers used to treat rosacea?
So cool 😎 I love these videos and yes I get Botox every 4 months 🙌🏼
